河南理工大學(xué)萬方科技學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計論文 摘 要 帶式輸送機是廣泛應(yīng)用于煤炭、港口、建設(shè)、電廠等工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的連續(xù)輸送設(shè)備，它具有運輸效率高、運營成本低等優(yōu)點。隨著國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，帶式輸送機的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。近年來，隨著工業(yè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，帶式輸送機也不斷朝著大運量、長距離、大傾角、高帶速、投資費用少、運營費用低、工作可靠、維護方便等方向發(fā)展，對其設(shè)計技術(shù)的要求也越來越高。 為適應(yīng)地形的要求，用輸送帶輸送一定高度的帶式輸送機在很多方面有應(yīng)用。本文著重討論了帶式輸送機的結(jié)構(gòu)原理、傳動原理、設(shè)計計算法則、運行阻力的計算、各點張力的計算等內(nèi)容，以及各種計算參數(shù)的設(shè)計計算和校核，尤其對輸送帶的選用、托輥的選用進行了詳細(xì)的分析，使設(shè)計更加貼切接近實際問題。本文還分析了國內(nèi)外帶式輸送機的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢，說明在現(xiàn)代高科技發(fā)展的情況下，帶式輸送機的發(fā)展?jié)摿€是很大的。 本文研究了一般固定式帶式輸送機的設(shè)計理論，并根據(jù)所設(shè)計的要求再結(jié)合目前國內(nèi)的目前的技術(shù)要求組裝了一套傾角為0度的固定式帶式輸送機，說明了這套設(shè)計符合設(shè)計參數(shù)的要求 關(guān)鍵字：輸送機 發(fā)展 結(jié)構(gòu)原理 計算和校核 Abstract Taking style to transport machine is broad apply to industry field continuation such as coal , port construction, electric power plant transports equipment , that it has transportation is efficient , is in motion and do business cost low grade merit.
