“遠(yuǎn)艦”轎車(chē)雙擺臂懸架的設(shè)計(jì)及產(chǎn)品建模
摘要:汽車(chē)雙擺臂懸架是一種常見(jiàn)的懸架形式,合理的選擇懸架的結(jié)構(gòu)和幾何尺寸是獲得滿(mǎn)意的汽車(chē)行駛性能的重要條件,其運(yùn)動(dòng)特性的優(yōu)劣關(guān)系到汽車(chē)操縱穩(wěn)定性,舒適性,轉(zhuǎn)向輕便性和輪胎的使用壽命等性能。本課題來(lái)源于東風(fēng)悅達(dá)起亞汽車(chē)制造有限公司的遠(yuǎn)艦款轎車(chē)的后懸架,雙擺臂懸架可以通過(guò)合理的選擇空間導(dǎo)向桿系的鉸接點(diǎn)的位置及導(dǎo)向臂的長(zhǎng)度,使得懸架具有合適的運(yùn)動(dòng)特性。在設(shè)計(jì)中,首先,分析了雙擺臂獨(dú)立懸架的組成和功用;其次,進(jìn)行雙擺臂懸架的上下擺臂及各零部件強(qiáng)度的校核;第三,詳細(xì)考慮各部件之間的連接關(guān)系;最后計(jì)算了懸架自然振動(dòng)頻率,懸架靜撓度和動(dòng)撓度以及懸架彈性特性。在分析雙擺臂懸架的組成和作用以及確定各零部件的尺寸的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用CAD軟件和Pro/E軟件分別進(jìn)行二維繪圖和三維建模。此次課題進(jìn)行了準(zhǔn)確的計(jì)算和詳細(xì)的結(jié)構(gòu)分析,為雙擺臂懸架的結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化提供了依據(jù),從而在運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)和動(dòng)力學(xué)方面提高汽車(chē)的性能。

The Design and Product modeling
of Double Wishbone Suspension of“Optima”Car
Abstract:The double-wishbone independent suspension is one of the common forms of motor vehicle suspension. Choosing the geometry parameters of the independent suspension reasonably is one of the important conditions to obtain the satisfied character of service. Its state of motion is related to handling stability, comfort ability, handling of steering and the life of tire, ect. The subject comes from the rear suspension of “optima” car which made by DYK Co. Ltd. The double-wishbone suspension can be a reasonable choice of space-oriented bar articulated point. The location and orientation of the suspension arm length can produce suitable motions. This thesis first analyzes the consists and function of the double-wishbone suspension in the design, then checks the up and down of arms of the double-wishbone independent suspension, Thirdly, make a detailed consideration of the various components of the link between relations is made. I calculate the suspension on the basis of the natural vibration frequency, static suspension deflection and dynamic deflection and elastic characteristics of the suspension terms at last. On the basis of Analysis of the composition and role of the size of the components in the double-wishbone independent suspension, with CAD software and Pro / E, respectively, 2D drawings and 3D product Modeling are made. We made an accurate and detailed structural analysis on the design, which provides the?reference for optimal design of the double-wishbone suspension. The approach can improve the?performance of the double-wishbone independent suspension.
