隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展及人們生活水平的提高，城市生活廚房垃圾的排放量日益增加，給人們生活帶來困擾，所以急需研制一種設(shè)備可以輕松解決這一難題。本論文依據(jù)我國(guó)實(shí)際情況，研制適合我國(guó)的廚房食物垃圾預(yù)置—廚房食物垃圾粉碎機(jī)，是居民在家中可以直接對(duì)廚房垃圾進(jìn)行初步處理。對(duì)于粉碎機(jī)的主要部件粉碎刀盤分析，刀盤的材料選擇了1Cr13作為材料。根據(jù)粉碎機(jī)的運(yùn)行特征選擇的驅(qū)動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)類型為立式封閉永磁直流電動(dòng)機(jī)。設(shè)計(jì)中還增加了一套單穩(wěn)控制電路系統(tǒng)。其目的是為了克服同類產(chǎn)品的不足，提高機(jī)器的安全性、方便性。

Title Kitchen Food Garbage Disposal
Abstract
With the improvement of living condition, people face more and more household refuse. And these troubles confused people. So, need to invent a new device that can be easily solved this problem. According to the characters of food garbage, the paper design a new device-kitchen food garbage disposal. The machine makes it become true that people can remove kitchen garbage at home. On the basis of analysis, the paper selects 1Cr13 as the material. In this paper, I decide to apply permanent magnet direct current motor as electric machine. Another unique design in this article is control circuit. In order to correct the similar production’s deficiency and convenience buy’s appliance, I add it.
