雙柱式舉升器的設(shè)計
摘 要
雙柱式舉升機(jī)是一種汽車修理和保養(yǎng)單位常用的舉升設(shè)備,廣泛用于轎車等小型車的維修和保養(yǎng)。它是一種把整車裝備重量不大于4噸的各種轎車、面包車、工具車等舉升到一定高度內(nèi)供汽車維修和安全檢查作業(yè)的保修設(shè)備。
本文通過對我國汽車舉升機(jī)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查、研究、分析,參考國內(nèi)外解決舉升機(jī)安全與穩(wěn)定性問題的解決措施,對幾種舉升機(jī)進(jìn)行了分析,并結(jié)合我國舉升機(jī)存在的實(shí)際情況,提出了適合我國汽車修理行業(yè)的雙柱式汽車舉升機(jī)設(shè)計方案。
本文首先闡述了雙柱式汽車舉升機(jī)設(shè)計的目的和意義、發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及應(yīng)用前景。分析論證了一種舉升承載質(zhì)量為3.2t的雙柱式汽車舉升機(jī)總體設(shè)計方案,進(jìn)行了舉升機(jī)構(gòu)的機(jī)械系統(tǒng)、液壓系統(tǒng)、電氣系統(tǒng)等主要機(jī)構(gòu)的方案分析和選擇,并對機(jī)械部分進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動分析以及強(qiáng)度和剛度的校核計算,對液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計和計算。本課題基于計算機(jī)仿真平臺,應(yīng)用當(dāng)前CAD/CAE領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用比較廣泛的二維軟件AutoCAD進(jìn)行繪圖。

ABSTRACT
Double column type elevator machine is a car repair and maintenance units of the commonly used lifting device, widely used in cars compact car repair and maintenance. It is a vehicle weight is not more than four tons of equipment of all kinds of cars, vans, such as vehicle lifting to a certain height for cars in maintenance and safety inspection of homework maintenance equipments.
This article through to our country auto lift machine, the investigation of the present situation of research, analysis, reference to solve lifting machine at home and abroad with the stability safety measures to resolve the problem of several lifting machine is analyzed, and in combination with the lifting of the machine are the actual situation, proposed the suitable for China's car repair industry double column type auto lift machine design.
This paper expounds the double column type auto lift machine design of purpose and meaning, development situation and application prospect. The paper analysis the bearing quality for a lifting of the 3.2 t double column type auto lift machine, the overall design scheme of lifting mechanism of mechanical system, hydraulic system, electrical system, the main institution of the scheme and options, and analysis of the mechanical parts of the movement analysis and the strength and stiffness of the hydraulic system to check calculation, the design and calculation. This subject is based on the computer simulation platform, the application of the current CAD/CAE field is widely 2 d software for drawing AutoCAD.
