摘 要
490型號(hào)柴油機(jī)是配套40ps拖拉機(jī)以及收割機(jī)的首選動(dòng)力，經(jīng)過(guò)一系列改裝和調(diào)整后可用于固定排灌動(dòng)力、發(fā)電機(jī)組和小型載重汽車上。這篇論文是關(guān)于490型柴油機(jī)的整體設(shè)計(jì)，主要是對(duì)490型柴油機(jī)的主要運(yùn)動(dòng)零件設(shè)計(jì)以及一些輔助系統(tǒng)的簡(jiǎn)要設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)熱力計(jì)算、動(dòng)力計(jì)算以及其它理論計(jì)算得到490型號(hào)柴油機(jī)的一些性能曲線，并根據(jù)性能進(jìn)行合理的零件設(shè)計(jì)，從而使490柴油機(jī)具備更好的經(jīng)濟(jì)性能和動(dòng)力性能。本文除了包括曲柄連桿機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)外，還包括進(jìn)排氣及配氣系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)，燃油輸送及噴射系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、冷卻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。

Abstract
490 model diesel engines are the necessary 40ps tractor as well as harvester's first choice power, after undergoing a series of re-equipping and the adjustment, may use on the fixed irrigation and drainage power, the power set and the small truck. This paper is about 490 diesel engine's overall designs, is mainly to 490 diesel engine's main motion parts designs as well as some servosystem's brief design. Through the thermal design, the power computation as well as other theoretical calculation obtain 490 model diesel engine's some performance curve, and carries on the reasonable components design according to the performance, thus causes 490 diesel engines to have a better economical performance and the power performance. This article besides includes design of crank link motion gear, but also includes design of air admission and exhaust system, design of fuel oil transportation and injection system, design of cooling system, design of lubrication system.
