摘 要
磚混結(jié)構(gòu)的墻體砌筑是工業(yè)與民用建筑的主要工作，墻體砌筑的質(zhì)量直接影響著整個(gè)建筑工程的質(zhì)量。本設(shè)計(jì)砌筑機(jī)械手是墻體砌筑工程中的重要的設(shè)備之一，它雖然不能取代工人的體力勞動(dòng)，但可以改善工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，會(huì)大大提高作業(yè)的安全性、舒適性和工作效率,也會(huì)大大降低勞動(dòng)成本。
砌筑機(jī)械手有四部分組成：平移系統(tǒng)、起升系統(tǒng)、液壓系統(tǒng)、灰漿輸送系統(tǒng)。
小車長一米，寬零點(diǎn)八米。起升系統(tǒng)采用手動(dòng)液壓堆高車的起升原理，改進(jìn)后，通過液壓泵站來驅(qū)動(dòng)。液壓泵站由電瓶，直流電動(dòng)機(jī)，油箱，液壓泵，先導(dǎo)式溢流閥，調(diào)速閥，手動(dòng)換向閥，電磁換向閥等組成。平移系統(tǒng)采用雙出軸電機(jī)直接驅(qū)動(dòng)車輪的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)平移。
本設(shè)計(jì)書主要由四部分組成，第一部分是砌筑機(jī)械手的總體設(shè)計(jì);第二部分是起升機(jī)構(gòu)和平移機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和校核，第三部分是液壓泵站的設(shè)計(jì)；第四部分是灰漿泵的選型和灰漿鉗的設(shè)計(jì)。

ABSTRACT

Hydraulic pump station by the battery, dc, tank, pump, polot relief valve, valve, speed manual directional control valves, electromagnetic reversing valves, etc. Translation system adopt dual axis motor driven directly out of wheel translation.
