摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)的題目是泡沫滅火器噴嘴，通過(guò)塑件的工藝分析、注塑模結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及有關(guān)計(jì)算、模具閉合高的的確定、注塑機(jī)有關(guān)參數(shù)的校核等，該模具基本符合要求。
該塑件要求表面沒有毛刺、凹陷等缺陷，沒有其它特別要求，故注塑較易實(shí)現(xiàn)。根據(jù)塑件的成型要求及模腔的排列方式，選用潛伏式澆口比較合適，該模具型芯采用組合式結(jié)構(gòu)，有利于填充、排氣。
型芯主要是成形制件的內(nèi)表面，本模具把型芯固定在定模一側(cè)，這樣可以簡(jiǎn)單模具的結(jié)構(gòu)?？紤]加工的難易程度和材料的價(jià)值利用、塑件的形狀和尺寸，并考慮到塑件的生產(chǎn)率，本模具采用一模二件的結(jié)構(gòu)形式；凹模主要成型塑件外表面，結(jié)構(gòu)較簡(jiǎn)單，將型腔設(shè)計(jì)成組合式結(jié)構(gòu)，既保證塑件外觀與質(zhì)量，模具加工也比較方便。從塑件結(jié)構(gòu)上看，將型腔與斜滑塊設(shè)計(jì)在一起，組成一個(gè)抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)。
