517 數(shù)控車床橫向進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)2,數(shù)控車床,橫向,進(jìn)給,機(jī)構(gòu),設(shè)計(jì) 摘要本文作者主要研究了 φ400mm 經(jīng)濟(jì)型中檔精度數(shù)控車床的橫向進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)及其改造。其中,主要論述了兩種不同的橫向手動(dòng)進(jìn)給裝置,亦即兩種不同的設(shè)計(jì)方案。通過(guò)對(duì)兩種不同設(shè)計(jì)方案的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)比較,根據(jù)提高定位精度、重復(fù)定位精度等因素,最終確定設(shè)計(jì)方案二為本次設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。在設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算中, 本文作者主要對(duì)數(shù)控車床橫向進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)的主要組成部件:滾珠絲杠副、同步帶、同步帶輪、交流伺服電機(jī)、導(dǎo)軌副及其自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)位刀架等進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算或選型。其中對(duì)滾珠絲杠副、同步帶、交流伺服電機(jī)以及自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)位刀架的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算及選型作了重點(diǎn)論述。此外, 本文作者還對(duì)各個(gè)零部件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并繪制了全部零件圖以及該數(shù)控車床橫向進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)的裝配圖。此結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單可靠,可應(yīng)用于相似的各類數(shù)控車床上。關(guān)鍵詞：數(shù)控車床 進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu) 進(jìn)給系統(tǒng) AbstractMain research φ 400 mm economical middle-grade precision numerical control crosswise of lathe, author of this text of summary, enter give design of organization and transform.
