107 無醛涂料的制備與研究學(xué)生姓名：向順成 班級(jí)：060233指導(dǎo)老師：熊聯(lián)明摘要：107 涂料是上世紀(jì) 80 年代初期開發(fā)的,以聚乙烯醇縮甲醛為主要成膜物的涂料。仿瓷涂料、冷瓷涂料、803 涂料等均為此種涂料的商名。它曾風(fēng)靡一時(shí),占據(jù)了我國(guó)建筑涂料的大部分市場(chǎng)。但是，在多年使用中,107 涂料暴露出一些致命的缺陷。其中最大的危害當(dāng)屬 107 涂料中含有的有害物質(zhì)—甲醛。無醛 107 涂料即是在 107 膠的生產(chǎn)制備過程中選用某種交聯(lián)物質(zhì)來替代傳統(tǒng)的甲醛，使得 107 膠中完全不含有甲醛這一有毒物質(zhì)，在生產(chǎn)源頭將甲醛這一有毒物質(zhì)去除，從而保證了制備的新型 107 涂料完全適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的需要，亦符合國(guó)家的環(huán)保要求。本文從聚乙烯醇的聚合機(jī)理入手，通過探討三種不同的交聯(lián)劑—脲素、硼酸鈉、異氰酸酯對(duì)聚乙烯醇的聚合影響及產(chǎn)品的性能測(cè)試，在不影響其基本性能的基礎(chǔ)之上試圖找到一種新的合成方法和交聯(lián)劑來替代甲醛，從而更好地適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的需求。研究結(jié)果表明，異氰酸酯改性后的性能最佳，符合要求。關(guān)鍵詞：無醛涂料、交聯(lián)反應(yīng)、性能測(cè)試指導(dǎo)老師簽名： The preparation and research of 107 non-aldehyde coatingStudent name:Xiang Shuncheng Class:060233Supervisor:Xiong LianmingAbstract：107 coatings were the early-1980s developed, taken polyvinyl formal as main membrane material . However, in many years uses, 107 coatings exposes some fatal flaws and biggest harm, that is the deleterious substance - formaldehyde which in 107 coatings includes. 107 non-aldehyde coating is to selects some kind of crossing linking material in 107 rubber's production preparation processes to substitute traditional the formaldehyde, enables in 107 rubber not to include formaldehyde this toxic substance completely,so in production source ,this toxic substance-formaldehyde is eliminated, thus,we had guaranteed the preparation new 107 coatings meet the market need completely, also meets the national environmental protection requirement. This article obtains from the polyvinyl alcohol mechanism of polymerization, discusses three kind of different crosslinking agent - urea, the sodium borate, the isocyanate's influence to the polyvinyl alcohol polymerization and the product performance test, we do hope that it did not affect its key property above the foundation to attempt to find one new synthetic method and the crosslinking agent substitutes the formaldehyde, thus adapted the market demand well. The findings indicated that after the isocyanogen diethylene glycol dinitrate modification's performance is best, meets the requirement.key word: Non-aldehyde coating, cross-linkage reaction, performance test Signature of Supervisor:
