五邑大學本科畢業(yè)設計(論文)I摘要風能是可再生能源,世界各國越來越重視風能的開發(fā)和利用。在風力資源豐富地區(qū),最好選擇風機額定設計風速與當地最佳設計風速相吻合的風力發(fā)電機小型風力發(fā)電系統的應用在我國己經相當普遍,目前依然有很大的應用前景。本文設計5KW小型風力發(fā)電機,采用目前國內外流行的款式以及領先的技術,可以達到高的“性價比”,具有一定的市場競爭力。在形式上,葉片是風力發(fā)電機的核心部件,依風力發(fā)電機旋轉軸的方向分水平軸式和垂直軸式兩種形式。水平軸式風力發(fā)電機葉輪需隨風向變化而調整位置,還要考慮大型葉輪的動平衡問題,垂直軸式風力發(fā)電機葉輪不必隨風向改變而調整位置,也沒有葉輪的動平衡問題,設計較為簡單,但其系統抽取風能系數小,同等發(fā)電量下葉片尺寸大。本設計采用三葉片的水平軸機構形式,葉片采用高強度、低重量流行的玻璃鋼材料,有防腐、防酸雨、防鹽堿的特性。風力發(fā)電機選用釹鐵硼永磁發(fā)電機,超載能力強,電機的體積小,重量輕且發(fā)電效率高。偏航方式采用尾翼自動風向調節(jié),超強風控制功能,提高接受風能的效率。限速方式采用自動偏側限速,對發(fā)電機有保護作用。充電方式采用智能充電控制。塔架形式采用拉索鋼管形式,結構簡單且穩(wěn)定,際占地面積少,對土地要求低,在山丘、海邊、河堤、荒漠等地形惡劣的條件下均可運用。本文設計的5KW小型風力發(fā)電機組擁有穩(wěn)定的使用可靠性。在葉片的材料、發(fā)電機選用的永磁材料和防水、防銹性都具有先進的技術,整套機組安裝,使用簡單,維護方便,達到了設計的目的。關鍵詞 風力發(fā)電;永磁;玻璃鋼(關鍵詞是供檢索用的主題詞條,應采用能覆蓋論文主要內容的通用技術詞條)五邑大學本科畢業(yè)設計(論文)IIAbstractWind energy is a renewable energy, the world is increasingly paying attention to the development and utilization of wind energy. In areas where there are abundant wind resources, it’s the best way to choose wind operators whose rating wind speed fits closely with the best local wind speed. Small wind generators are widely applied in China, yet there’s still a bright future for them. This paper describes the design of a 5 KW small wind generator, which with the adoption of the current advanced domestic and international style and technology can achieve a high “cost-effectiveness” and has a certain extent of market competitiveness. In form, blades are the core of the wind generator, and according to the rotation axis direction, wind operators are divided into two types: the horizontal-axis type and the vertical-axis type. The impeller of the horizontal-axis type is needed to adjust its position when the wind direction changes, and we have to consider the balancing problem of the large impeller; while that of the vertical-axis type needn’t change its position when the wind direction does, and has no balancing problem of the impeller, furthermore, its design is more simpler. The only problem is that the system extracting wind energy coefficient is low, which means with the same generating capacity the blades should be larger.The design adopts the three-blade horizontal axis form, and the blade is made with high-strength, low-weight popular GRP, thus it has the characteristics of anti-sepsis, anti- acid rain and anti- salinity. Wind generators employ Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet generator, which has large overloading capacity and a small, light and efficient motor. Yaw adopts automatic tail wind regulation, in this way it can manipulate the wind freely and enhance the efficiency in receiving the wind. Automatic unilateral speed limiting is used to protect the generator. As for the charging mode, here the design uses the smart charger control. And the tower employs guy cable steel tube, with relative small floor 五邑大學本科畢業(yè)設計(論文)IIIspace, low demand for land, feasibility on hills, by the sea shores and river banks, and on the deserts.This 5KW small wind generator described in this paper is stable and reliable. The material used in the blade and the permanent magnet material used in the generator are waterproof and anti-rust.
