油箱注油口沖壓工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生姓名：蔡定雍 班級(jí)：0881054指導(dǎo)老師：封立耀摘要：本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的任務(wù)是完成油箱注油口的沖壓工藝分析及模具的設(shè)計(jì)，設(shè)計(jì)之前首先要對(duì)當(dāng)今國(guó)內(nèi)外沖壓和模具設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行一定程度的研究，了解模具發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。通過(guò)這些研究能夠認(rèn)識(shí)到?jīng)_壓工藝具有生產(chǎn)效率高、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定、成本低以及可加工復(fù)雜形狀工件等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn)，在機(jī)械、汽 車(chē)、輕工、國(guó)防、電機(jī)電器、家用 電器，以及日常生活用品等行 業(yè)應(yīng)用非常廣泛，占有十分重要的地位。通過(guò)對(duì)工件的分析，最終確定了落料、拉深、沖孔復(fù)合、翻邊、對(duì)所有邊修整這一套相對(duì)合理的方案，首先根據(jù)任務(wù)中要求的油箱注油口的尺寸計(jì)算出沖壓前的毛坯尺寸，進(jìn)而設(shè)計(jì)排 樣方式，再 計(jì)算模具在落料、拉深、沖孔中的尺寸和翻邊模以及垂直切邊模的尺寸，最終通過(guò)尺寸和要求選定模具的構(gòu)架并且設(shè)計(jì)好各個(gè)主要零部件，完成所有設(shè)計(jì)后再根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容繪制了落料、拉深、沖孔復(fù)合模，翻遍模和切邊模等工序的模具裝配圖以及凹、凸模的零件圖。關(guān)鍵詞：油箱注油口 沖壓 模具 翻邊模 垂直切邊模指導(dǎo)老師簽名：Stamping process and die design of portfuel injection fuel tankStudent name : caidingyong Class : 0881054Supervisor : Feng Li YaoAbstract: The task of the graduation graduation design is to complete stamping process and die design of port fuel injection fuel tank.It is necessary to study stamping and die design on the current degree at domestic and foreign, come to learn the mold situation and the development trend in the future.
