調(diào)速器前殼加工工藝與工裝設(shè)計學生姓名：伍漢平 班級：0781052指導老師：王細洋摘要：本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計題目是調(diào)速器前殼加工工藝與工裝設(shè)計。本人致力于調(diào)速器前殼的工藝與工裝的設(shè)計，前殼是調(diào)速器箱體的一個重要零件。調(diào)速器的零部件安裝于殼體內(nèi)，主要通過調(diào)速器箱控制動元件的快慢運動。調(diào)速器是用來保持柴油機的轉(zhuǎn)速穩(wěn)定的。在柴油機的負載變化的過程中，它的轉(zhuǎn)速是會相應(yīng)發(fā)生變化的。當轉(zhuǎn)速降低時，如果調(diào)速器不調(diào)節(jié)，柴油機最終將停掉；當轉(zhuǎn)速升高時，如果調(diào)速器不作用，柴油機最終將無法承受過大的離心力而損壞。調(diào)速器的作用就是保持柴油機的轉(zhuǎn)速穩(wěn)定。另外調(diào)速器還可以保持柴油機的最低轉(zhuǎn)速和最高轉(zhuǎn)速，防止低轉(zhuǎn)速運轉(zhuǎn)時熄火和高轉(zhuǎn)速運轉(zhuǎn)時“飛車”，造成機械損壞。運行時，柴油機所帶的負載是不斷變化的。在負載變化時，特別是突然變化時，必須保持柴油機的轉(zhuǎn)速穩(wěn)定。調(diào)速器就是自動保持轉(zhuǎn)速穩(wěn)定的裝置。對于發(fā)電用的柴油機，要求其轉(zhuǎn)速基本恒定在同步轉(zhuǎn)速，對調(diào)速器的調(diào)速特性要求很高。而調(diào)速器前殼是調(diào)速器的工作場所（調(diào)速器主要安裝于殼體內(nèi)）。其工藝工裝設(shè)計的是否合理將會直接關(guān)系到油泵能否正常的工作，從而影響調(diào)速器的性能指標。關(guān)鍵字：調(diào)速器 調(diào)速器箱 柴油機指導老師簽名：Governor and the former Shell tool design processStudent name:Wu Han Ping Class:0781052Supervisor:Wang Xi YangAbstract：The graduation project topic is the former governor shell processing technology and tooling design.
