河南機(jī)電高等?？茖W(xué)校畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書I摘 要本設(shè)計(jì)題目為墊圈落料拉深復(fù)合模設(shè)計(jì)，體現(xiàn)了有凸緣筒形件拉深落料的設(shè)計(jì)要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義。通過(guò)對(duì)該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者冷沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，為以后設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的模具做了鋪墊，打下了基礎(chǔ)。本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用拉深成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，首先分析了零件工藝特點(diǎn)及性能要求；然后通過(guò)工藝計(jì)算確定了拉深次數(shù)及模具設(shè)計(jì)方案，并初選壓力機(jī)；最后根據(jù)零件結(jié)構(gòu)特征，確定了模具的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)及整體結(jié)構(gòu)。本零件屬于簡(jiǎn)單拉深件，設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中通過(guò)計(jì)算確定了拉深間隙、工作零件圓角半徑、結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸及公差，并且注意防止拉深時(shí)的破裂、拉深高度不夠、制件底部被拉脫、制品口緣折皺等問題。全文從模具設(shè)計(jì)到零部件加工工藝及裝配工藝等都進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述。關(guān)鍵詞：工藝分析 拉深成型 落料 模具設(shè)計(jì) ABSTRACTThe design theme of the washers blanking composite drawing module design, it embodies the flange cylinder drawing blanking the design requirements, content and direction and a certain sense of design.
