瓶蓋注塑模的設(shè)計 摘要我所學習的專業(yè)是模具設(shè)計與制造專業(yè)，這次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計是瓶蓋塑料模具設(shè)計。該設(shè)計結(jié)合大學三年來所學習的專業(yè)知識和 CAD 軟件所設(shè)計出的一套塑料模。本文首先簡要的概述了塑料模在社會領(lǐng)域中的作用及其以后的發(fā)展方向，點明模具設(shè)計的重要意義。然后依據(jù)工件圖進行工藝性分析，進而確定了設(shè)計方案，計算出模具工作部分的尺寸，設(shè)計出工作零部件；然后依據(jù)設(shè)計要求選擇出各個標準零部件，然后設(shè)計出模具的總裝配圖。在設(shè)計中，最重要的就是設(shè)計方案的確定、坯料的計算和工作零部件的設(shè)計，這是設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵，這些設(shè)計的正確與否直接關(guān)系到成本的高低和設(shè)計模具能否正常工作；在設(shè)計的最后，總結(jié)了自己的心得和體會，并對我的指導老師表示感謝。為了我的設(shè)計更加簡明易懂，在設(shè)計中，我用了 CAD 軟件畫了十幾張零件圖，安插在設(shè)計任務(wù)書中。最后畫出一瓶蓋塑料模裝配圖和主要工作零部件零件圖若干張。通過次畢業(yè)設(shè)計使我不僅掌握了塑料模具設(shè)計的一般流程，更學習到了好多課本上沒有學習到的知識，使我受益非淺。關(guān)鍵詞：模具設(shè)計與制造、CAD 軟件、工藝性分析。 （畢業(yè)設(shè)計/論文英文題目） Abstractknowledge of study and a set of plastic moulds that CAD software designed over the past three years of university. Then carry on the craft to analyse according to the work piece picture , and then has confirmed the design plan , calculate out mould work some size , design the job spare part; Then choose each standard spare part according to the designing requirement , then design the total installation diagram of the mould . In the design, the important one is sureness , calculation of the blank and design of the job spare part of the design plan the most, this is the key to designing, whether these ones that are designed involve directly or not correctly whether the level of the cost and design mould could work normally; At the end that is designed , have summarized one's own gains and experience , and express thanks for my counselor. More concisly and easy for my design understands , in the design, I have drawn a dozen parts picture in CAD software, assign into design specifications . Draw one end finally and overlay the plastic mould installation diagram and several pieces of spare part part Fig. of groundwork. Make me not merely grasp the general procedure of pl astic mold designthrough graduation project once, study to the knowledge not learning to get on many textbooks even more, benefit me a great deal.
