河南機(jī)電高等專科學(xué)校畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書摘 要本設(shè)計(jì)題目為油箱蓋沖壓模設(shè)計(jì)，體現(xiàn)了拉深類零件的設(shè)計(jì)要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義。通過對(duì)該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者復(fù)合模設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的復(fù)合模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。通過分析制件的工藝性可確定制件的成形加工需要一副復(fù)合模具完成。復(fù)合模是指沖床在一次行程中，完成落料、拉深、沖孔等多個(gè)工序的一種模具結(jié)構(gòu)。相對(duì)其他冷沖壓模具結(jié)構(gòu)而言，它具有以下一些優(yōu)點(diǎn)：①工件同軸度較好，表面平直，尺寸精度較高； ②生產(chǎn)效率高，受條料外形尺寸的精度限制較小。但需考慮的問題是：模具零部件加工制造比較困難，成本較高，并且凸凹模容易受到最小壁厚的限制關(guān)鍵詞：復(fù)合模 工藝性能 凸凹模 模具制造河南機(jī)電高等?？茖W(xué)校畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書AbstractThe requirement ，content and direction of the design of the deep thin wall plastic parts are embodied on this injection mould design of the plastic parts of long pipe box.
