3932 自動(dòng)控制液壓板料剪切機(jī)設(shè)計(jì) —液壓系統(tǒng)和泵站設(shè)計(jì)、控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),自動(dòng)控制,液壓,板料,剪切,設(shè)計(jì),系統(tǒng),以及,泵站,控制系統(tǒng) 中原工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）說明書I摘要剪板機(jī)是機(jī)械生產(chǎn)中關(guān)鍵的輔助設(shè)備之一，運(yùn)用電液結(jié)合對其進(jìn)行自動(dòng)化控制實(shí)現(xiàn)了剪板機(jī)的高效率、低噪聲、操作簡單、維護(hù)方便等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。液壓技術(shù)作為實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代傳動(dòng)與控制的關(guān)鍵基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)之一，已成為工業(yè)機(jī)械、工程建設(shè)機(jī)械及國防尖端產(chǎn)品等不可缺少的基礎(chǔ)，是它們向自動(dòng)化、高精度、高效率、高速度方向發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。PLC 是近幾年發(fā)展起來的一種新型工業(yè)控制器,由于它把計(jì)算機(jī)的編程靈活、功能齊全、應(yīng)用面廣泛等優(yōu)點(diǎn)與控制器系統(tǒng)的控制簡單、使用方便、抗干擾能力強(qiáng)、價(jià)格便宜等優(yōu)點(diǎn)結(jié)合起來，而其本身又具有體積小、重量輕、能耗低等特點(diǎn)，在工業(yè)過程控制中的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。加之 PLC 以其在硬件設(shè)計(jì)中采用了屏蔽、濾波、光電隔離等技術(shù)，在軟件設(shè)計(jì)中采用了故障檢測、信息保護(hù)與恢復(fù)等措施，進(jìn)一步提高了 PLC 的可靠性。本課題中我主要進(jìn)行液壓控制系統(tǒng)和泵站設(shè)計(jì)、PLC 控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)，該部分的完成是為了實(shí)現(xiàn)剪板機(jī)的自動(dòng)化加工，減少勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，提高加工效率。本文詳細(xì)介紹了設(shè)計(jì)的整個(gè)過程。關(guān)鍵詞：液壓系統(tǒng)；集成油路；泵站；可編程控制器；全自動(dòng)剪板機(jī) 中原工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）說明書IIAbstractThe shearing machine is one of the most important accessory machinery in manufacturing. Controlled by electric and hydraulic make the shearing machine has high efficiency,low noise,simple operating and service freely. The hydraulic technology as one of the essential foundation technologies of the realization modern transmission and controlling, has become the essential foundation of the industry machinery, the engineering construction machinery and the national defense state-of-the-art product and so on, It is their essential technology to the automation,high accuracy,high efficiency and high speed . PLC is the controller of a kind of infant industry developed in recent years. Because the programming of a pair of computer of its is flexible , and controller control of system simple easy to use, anti-interference ability strong, price getting cheap advantage combined together, and it has characteristics such as small , light , power consumptive provinces ,etc, the application in the industrial process is controlled is more and more extensive.
