小型混凝土攪拌機(jī)的設(shè)計
摘要 目前，混凝土攪拌機(jī)在國內(nèi)外都有著飛速的發(fā)展，國際競爭力在不斷提高。
為了滿足市場需求，完善產(chǎn)品系列，適應(yīng)小型建筑施工和實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作的需求，設(shè)
計了此混凝土攪拌機(jī)。
本課題主要研究立軸式混凝土攪拌機(jī)的工作原理以及攪拌機(jī)攪拌系統(tǒng)方案設(shè)計。根據(jù)設(shè)計要求，對混凝土攪拌機(jī)的攪拌系統(tǒng)初步定型，并對攪拌系統(tǒng)的主要部件進(jìn)行設(shè)計和計算。主要設(shè)計結(jié)論如下：
（1）攪拌機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)方案分析與總體設(shè)計
本攪拌機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)是由機(jī)架、攪拌裝置、傳動系統(tǒng)所主成。 機(jī)架是整個設(shè)備的支撐部分，由槽鋼和鋼管焊接而成。攪拌裝置由攪拌筒、攪拌軸、攪拌鏟片所主成，攪拌鏟片固定在攪拌臂上，并且與攪拌軸主成一體，攪拌鏟與攪拌筒底間隙可微量調(diào)整。傳動系統(tǒng)由電動機(jī)、減速器、帶傳動、鏈傳動所組成。
(2)攪拌裝置的設(shè)計
攪拌裝置是安裝在軸套上的鏟片式葉片，葉片隨軸的旋轉(zhuǎn)而轉(zhuǎn)動，對筒內(nèi)物料進(jìn)行攪拌，是物料混合均勻，攪拌臂向上伸出，可起到攪拌上方物料的作用。
（3）傳動系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計
傳動系統(tǒng)是由V帶傳動和鏈傳動來傳遞運(yùn)動的。電動機(jī)輸出轉(zhuǎn)速通過V帶傳動傳遞到減速器，減速器又通過鏈傳動將轉(zhuǎn)速傳遞給攪拌機(jī)的主軸，主軸帶動軸套轉(zhuǎn)動，從而使攪拌葉片旋轉(zhuǎn)，來完成攪拌的工作。
