摘 要
為了解決易拉罐需求極大但易拉罐即用即廢的矛盾，本次易拉罐環(huán)?；厥昭b置的設(shè)計應(yīng)運而生。本設(shè)計的目的是實現(xiàn)易拉罐的有償回收，保證鋁資源的循環(huán)利用。易拉罐回收機工作原理是：當易拉罐由入口通過通道后，傳感器便會發(fā)射一個脈沖信號給步進驅(qū)動器進而驅(qū)動步進電機轉(zhuǎn)動一固定角度。步進電機將要驅(qū)動的運動有三:其一，帶動曲柄壓力機構(gòu)壓扁易拉罐；其二，帶動送料機構(gòu)完成間歇送；其三，驅(qū)動凸輪機構(gòu)推出紙巾。此回收機體積小，功能全，可放置在超市等人流量較大的場所。

Abstract
In order to solve the demand for large cans but it's no use running out of pop cans the design of the recycling device was created.The purpose of this design is to achieve the recycling of cans,ensure the recycling of aluminum resources.The theory of this design:When the pop can pass through the channel from the entrance, the sensor sends a pulse signal to the stepper motor to make the stepper motor rotating a fixed angle.The step motor will drive three movements,Firstly, the crank pressure mechanism is used for pressing the pop top can; secondly, the feeding mechanism is driven to complete the intermittent feeding;.Thirdly, the drive cam mechanism is used to roll out paper towels.This machine is small in size, full function, can be placed in supermarkets and other places larger flow.
