采煤方法和工藝的進(jìn)步和完善始終是采礦學(xué)科發(fā)展的主題。采煤工藝的發(fā)展將帶動煤炭開采 各環(huán)節(jié)的變革,現(xiàn)代采煤工藝的發(fā)展方向是高產(chǎn)、高效、高安全性和高可靠性,基本途徑是 使采煤技術(shù)與現(xiàn)代高新技術(shù)相結(jié)合,研究開發(fā)強(qiáng)力、高效、安全、可靠、耐用、智能化的采 煤設(shè)備和生產(chǎn)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),改進(jìn)和完善采煤工藝。在發(fā)展現(xiàn)代采煤工藝的同時(shí),繼續(xù)發(fā)展多層次、多樣化的采煤工藝,建立具有中國特色的采煤工藝?yán)碚?。我國長壁采煤方法已趨成熟, 放頂煤采煤的應(yīng)用在不斷擴(kuò)展,應(yīng)用水平和理論研究的深度和廣度都在不斷提高,急傾斜、 不穩(wěn)定、地質(zhì)構(gòu)造復(fù)雜等難采煤層采煤方法和工藝的研究有很大空間,主要方向是改善作業(yè) 條件,提高單產(chǎn)和機(jī)械化水平。
(1)開發(fā)煤礦高效集約化生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、建設(shè)生產(chǎn)高度集中、高可靠性的高產(chǎn)高效礦井開采技術(shù)。以提高工作面單產(chǎn)和生產(chǎn)集中化為核心,以提高效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益為目標(biāo),研究開發(fā)各種條件下 的高效能、高可靠性的采煤裝備和工藝,簡單、高效、可靠的生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)和開采布置,生產(chǎn)過 程監(jiān)控與科學(xué)管理等相互配套的成套開采技術(shù),發(fā)展各種礦井煤層條件下的采煤機(jī)械化,進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)工藝和裝備,提高應(yīng)用水平和擴(kuò)大應(yīng)用范圍,提高采煤機(jī)械化的程度和水平。
?。?)開發(fā)“淺埋深、硬頂板、硬煤層高產(chǎn)高效現(xiàn)代開采成套技術(shù)”,主要解決以下技術(shù)難題。
硬頂板控制技術(shù),研究埋深淺、地壓小的硬厚頂板控制技術(shù),主要通過巖層定向水力 壓裂、傾斜深孔爆破等頂板快速處理技術(shù),使直接頂能隨采隨冒,提高頂煤回收率,且基本 頂能按一定步距垮落,既有利于頂煤破碎,又保證工作面的安全生產(chǎn)。
硬厚頂煤控制技術(shù),研究開發(fā)埋深淺、支承壓力小條件硬厚頂煤的快速處理技術(shù),包括高壓 注水壓裂技術(shù)和頂煤深孔預(yù)爆破處理技術(shù),使頂煤體能隨采隨冒,提高其回收率。
頂煤冒放性差、塊度大的綜放開采成套設(shè)備配套技術(shù),研制既有利于頂煤破碎和頂板控制, 又有利于放頂煤的新型液壓支架,合理確定后部輸送機(jī)能力。兩硬條件下放頂煤開采快速推進(jìn)技術(shù),研究合適的綜放開采回采工藝,優(yōu)化工序,縮短放煤 時(shí)間,提高工作面的推進(jìn)度,實(shí)現(xiàn)高產(chǎn)高效。5~5.5m寬煤巷錨桿支護(hù)技術(shù),通過寬煤巷錨 桿支護(hù)技術(shù)的研究開發(fā)和應(yīng)用,有利于綜采配套設(shè)備的大功率和重型化,有助于連續(xù)采煤機(jī) 的應(yīng)用,促進(jìn)工作面的高產(chǎn)高效。
(3)緩傾斜薄煤層長壁開采。主要研究開發(fā):體積小、功率大、高可靠性的薄煤層采煤機(jī) 、刨煤機(jī);研制適合刨煤機(jī)綜采的液壓支架;研究開發(fā)薄煤層工作面的總體配套技術(shù)和高效開采技術(shù)。
(4)緩傾斜厚煤層一次采全厚大采高長壁綜采。應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)完善支架結(jié)構(gòu)及強(qiáng)度,加 強(qiáng) 支架防倒、防滑、防止頂梁焊縫開裂和四連桿變形、防止嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞千斤頂措施等的研究,提 高支架的可靠性,縮小其與中厚煤層(采高3m左右)高產(chǎn)高效指標(biāo)的差距。

5 采場圍巖控制技術(shù)
(1)進(jìn)一步完善采場圍巖控制理論。以科學(xué)合理、優(yōu)化高效的巖層控制技術(shù)來保證開采活動 的安全、高效、低成本為目標(biāo),深入總結(jié)我國幾十年的礦山壓力研究成果,以理論分析(解 析法)、現(xiàn)代數(shù)學(xué)力學(xué)(統(tǒng)計(jì)分析預(yù)測、數(shù)值法)和實(shí)測法相結(jié)合運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù),深 入研究各種煤層地質(zhì)及開采條件,如急傾斜、大采高、大采深采場礦山壓力顯現(xiàn)規(guī)律及圍巖 破壞與平衡機(jī)理,不斷完善采場圍巖控制技術(shù)。
(2)研究堅(jiān)硬頂板與破碎頂板條件下應(yīng)用高技術(shù)低成本巖層控制技術(shù)。 目前,由于應(yīng)用高 壓注水、深孔預(yù)裂爆破處理堅(jiān)硬頂板和應(yīng)用化學(xué)加固技術(shù)存在工藝復(fù)雜、成本高的問題, 因而需進(jìn)一步研究開發(fā)新技術(shù)、新工藝、新材料來解決這些問題。
