東榮一礦1.2Mta新井設(shè)計(jì)【含CAD圖紙+文檔】,含CAD圖紙+文檔,東榮一礦,mta,設(shè)計(jì),cad,圖紙,文檔 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)包括三個(gè)部分：一般設(shè)計(jì)部分、專題設(shè)計(jì)部分和翻譯部分。 一般部分為東榮一礦1.2 Mt/a的新井設(shè)計(jì)，東榮一礦位于黑龍江省集賢縣境內(nèi)，交通十分便利。井田走向（東西）長(zhǎng)平均約7 km，傾向（南北）長(zhǎng)平均約4km，井田水平面積為28 km2。主采煤層一層，即16#煤層，平均傾角18.0°，厚約2.96 m。井田工業(yè)儲(chǔ)量為335.75 Mt，可采儲(chǔ)量238.67Mt，礦井服務(wù)年限為103a。井田地質(zhì)條件簡(jiǎn)單。表土層平均厚度147 m；礦井正常涌水量為327 m3/h，最大涌水量為714m3/h；煤層硬度系數(shù)f=2.3，煤質(zhì)牌號(hào)為長(zhǎng)焰煤；礦井相對(duì)瓦斯涌出量為3.73 m3/min，屬低瓦斯礦井；煤層有自然發(fā)火傾向，煤塵無(wú)爆炸危險(xiǎn)。 礦井采用雙平硐兩水平開拓，采煤方法為走向長(zhǎng)壁采煤法。大巷采用帶式輸送機(jī)運(yùn)煤，輔助運(yùn)輸采用1.4 t固定箱式礦車。 設(shè)計(jì)首采區(qū)采用采區(qū)準(zhǔn)備方式，工作面長(zhǎng)度210 m，采用一次采全高采煤法，全部跨落法處理采空區(qū)。礦井采用“三八”制作業(yè)，兩班半生產(chǎn)，半班檢修。日進(jìn)6個(gè)循環(huán)，循環(huán)進(jìn)尺0.8m，日產(chǎn)量4412.06 t。 礦井采用兩翼對(duì)角式通風(fēng)。通風(fēng)容易時(shí)期礦井總需風(fēng)量3324 m3/min，礦井通風(fēng)總阻力856.2 Pa，風(fēng)阻0.321 N·s2/m8，等積孔3.20 m2，礦井通風(fēng)容易。礦井通風(fēng)困難時(shí)期礦井總風(fēng)量3324 m3/min，礦井通風(fēng)總阻力1224 Pa，風(fēng)阻0.459 N·s2/m8，等積孔2.86 m2，礦井通風(fēng)中等困難。設(shè)計(jì)礦井的噸煤成本180 元/t。 專題部分題目是礦井沖擊礦壓及防治措施。 翻譯部分是從1981年至2011年煤柱設(shè)計(jì)智能演變 英文原文題目為： The evolution of intelligent coalpillar design: 1981-2011 關(guān)鍵詞：立井；上下山開采；采區(qū)；走向長(zhǎng)壁采煤法；兩翼對(duì)角式 ABSTRACT This design can be divided into three sections: general design, monographic study and translation of an academic paper. The general design is about a 1.2 Mt/a new underground mine design of Dongrong No.1 Coal Mine that lies in Jixian country Heilongjiang province, the traffic is very convenient. It’s about 7.0 km on the strike and 4.0km on the dip,with the 28.0 km2 total horizontal area. The minable coal seam of this mine is only 2 with an average thickness of 3.50 m and an average dip of 18.0°. The proved reserves of this coal mine are 335.75 Mt and the minable reserves are 238.67 Mt, with a mine life of 103 years .The geological condition of the mine is relatively simple. The normal mine inflow is 100 m3/h and the maximum mine inflow is 200 m3/h. It is anthracite coal spontaneous combustion tendency, and it’s a coal that has no dust explosion. This mine adopts opening up by adits with two mining level. The adopted coal winning method is longwall mining to the dip or to the rise. Main roadway makes use of belt conveyor to transport coal resource, and mine car to be assistant transport. Designed first mining district makes use of the method of preparation in mining area , the length of working face is 230 m, which uses fully-mechanized coal mining technology, and fully caving method to deal with goaf. The working system is “three-eight”,with two and half teams mining, and the other overhauling. Every mining team makes three working cycle, with seven working cycle everyday. Advance of working cycle is 0.6 m, and quantity of 4402.06 ton coal is maked everyday. The mine makes use of diagonal ventilation method. At the easy time of mine ventilation, the total air quantity is 3324 m3 per minute, the total mine ventilation resistance is 693.3 Pa, the coefficient of resistance is 0.226 N·s2/m8, equivalent orifice is 3.20 m2. At the difficult time of mine ventilation, the total air quantity is about 3324 m3 per minute, the total mine ventilation resistance is 1396.3 Pa, the coefficient of resistance is 0.459 N·s2/m8, equivalent orifice is 2.80 m2. The cost of the designed mine is 180 yuan per ton. The monographic study is deformation and failure mechanism and roof timbering technique study on roadway of composite roof. The translated academic paper is about implications for stress measurement programs and numerical stability analysis of faults in mines.
