摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)包括三個(gè)部分:一般部分、專題部分和翻譯部分。
一般部分為錢營孜煤礦3.0Mt/a新井設(shè)計(jì)。錢營孜礦位于安徽宿州市西南,交通便利。井田東西長約9km,傾向(南北)長約8km,井田總面積為74.15 km2。主采煤層為32號煤層,平均傾角為9.6°,煤層平均總厚為2.89m。井田地質(zhì)條件較為簡單。井田工業(yè)儲量為338.91Mt,礦井可采儲量255.16Mt,年產(chǎn)量300萬t。礦井服務(wù)年限為60.8a,涌水量不大,礦井正常涌水量為320m3/h,最大涌水量為465m3/h。礦井瓦斯涌出量較低,為低瓦斯礦井。
井田為立井單水平開拓。大巷采用膠帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)運(yùn)煤,輔助運(yùn)輸采用齒軌車設(shè)備。礦井通風(fēng)方式為混合式通風(fēng)。
礦井年工作日為330d,日提升時(shí)間16小時(shí),工作制度為“三八”制。
一般部分共包括10章:1.礦區(qū)概述及井田地質(zhì)特征;2.井田境界和儲量;3.礦井工作制度及設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)能力、服務(wù)年限;4.井田開拓;5.準(zhǔn)備方式-盤區(qū)巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下運(yùn)輸;8.礦井提升;9.礦井通風(fēng)與安全技術(shù);10.礦井基本技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)。
專題部分題目是煤礦沖擊礦壓理論及防治技術(shù)。
翻譯部分題目為:Input to the application of the convergence confinement method with time-dependent material behaviour of the support
ABSTRACT
The general part, special subject part and translated part are included in this design.
The general part is a new design of Qianyingzi mine. Qianyingzi mine lines in Southwest of Suzhou in Anhui Province. The traffic of road and railway is very convenience to the mine. The run of the minefield is 9 km ,the tilt length of the minefield is about 8 km,well farmland total area is 74.15㎞2.The 32 is the main coal seam, and its average inclination is 9.6 degree. The thickness of the mine is about 2.89m in all. The proved reserves of the minefield are 338.91 million tons. The recoverable reserves are 255.16 million tons. The designed productive capacity is 3.0 million tons percent year, and the service life of the mine is 60.8 years. The normal flow of the mine is 320 m3 percent hour and the max flow of the mine is 465 m3 percent hour. The mineral well gas gushes the deal lower, for low gas mineral well.
Minefield use the vertical shaft with single level to development. Roadway by belt conveyor to transport coal and auxiliary transport by the cog vehicle equipment.The minefield has two air shaft to ensure that the work place can get enough of fresh air.
The working system “three-eight” is used in the Qianyingzi mine. It produced 330d/a. The main shaft transport coal 16 hours per day.
This design includes ten chapters: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.Boundary and the reserves of mine; 3.The service life and working system of mine; 4.development engineering of coalfield; 5.The layout of panels; 6. The method used in coal mining; 7. Transportation of the underground; 8.The lifting of the mine; 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms.
Special subject parts of topics is Mine rockburst control techniques.
