1、 摘要
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是關(guān)于核桃剝殼機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)。首先對(duì)核桃剝殼機(jī)作了簡單的概述;接著分析了各部分元件、零件的選型原則及計(jì)算方法;然后根據(jù)這些設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則與計(jì)算選型方法按照給定參數(shù)要求進(jìn)行選型設(shè)計(jì);接著對(duì)所選擇的各主要零部件進(jìn)行了校核。本次設(shè)計(jì)主要由上料裝置、分類裝置、傳送裝置、剝殼通道、主體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、剝殼輪、動(dòng)力源裝置等部件組成。最后簡單的說明了安裝與維護(hù)。
目前,核桃剝殼機(jī)主要具備結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、操作簡便、性能穩(wěn)定可靠、核桃仁破碎率低、分選好、損失率低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。為了更好的滿足實(shí)際工作要求,設(shè)計(jì)者們還應(yīng)努力嘗試設(shè)計(jì)出能應(yīng)對(duì)多種核桃外形、實(shí)現(xiàn)最大自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)的機(jī)械設(shè)備。近年來出現(xiàn)各種功能獨(dú)特的食品機(jī)械,在這方面我國與國外先進(jìn)水平的差距確實(shí)存在,但是正在不斷縮小。國內(nèi)在設(shè)計(jì)制造特種食品機(jī)械的過程中也積累了大量的實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
本次核桃剝殼機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)代表了設(shè)計(jì)的一般過程, 難免存在各種紕漏、失誤。權(quán)當(dāng)一次難得的實(shí)踐過程,希望對(duì)今后的選型設(shè)計(jì)工作有一定的參考和借鑒價(jià)值。

2、 Abstract
This graduation design is the design of the walnut shelling machine. First of all on the walnut sheller is summarized; and then analyzed the selection principle and the calculation method of each part of components and parts; and then according to these design criteria and selection calculation method according to the givenparameters selection design; then the checking computations about main component parts selection. This design is mainly composed of feeding device, transmission device, and classification device, channel, the main steel structure, shucking wheel, power source device and other components. Finally, a simple description of the installation and maintenance.
At present, the walnut shelling machine has compact structure, easy operation, stable and reliable performance, walnut kernel broken rate is low, good sorting, loss rate etc.. In order to better meet the requirements of practical work, the designer should also try to design a mechanical equipment automation production to the various shape, walnut. Mechanical food unique function in recent years, the domestic and foreign advanced level gap exists, but is shrinking. In the process of design and manufacture of special domestic food machinery has accumulated lots of experience.
The walnut sheller design represents the general process of design, there are all kinds of loopholes and errors inevitably. As a rare practice, hope to have the certain reference value to the selection of the design in the future.
