摘 要
本設計是CA6140撥叉的加工工藝規(guī)程及某道工序的專用夾具設計。CA6140撥叉的主要加工表面是三面兩孔。一般來說,平面的加工精度要比孔的加工精度更容易保證。因此,本設計遵循先面后孔的原則,并將孔與平面的加工明確劃分成粗加工和精加工階段以保證孔的加工精度。先將第一個待加工表面零件的左端面加工出來,再以底面為粗基準加工零件頂面,并以零件的頂面作為精基準以完成以后的孔的加工。所以選擇以零件左端面作為粗基準,以的孔作為精基準,整個加工過程選用組合機床,在夾具方面選用專用夾具??紤]到本零件結(jié)構的特殊性,以及所需的夾緊力較小等原因,本零件的夾緊方式采用螺旋夾緊機構。
