摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)是在搜集大量臺(tái)式車(chē)床車(chē)頭箱孔系加工工藝資料的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)被加工箱體孔系的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、尺寸精度、表面粗糙度和技術(shù)要求、定位夾緊方式、工藝方法和加工過(guò)程中所采用的刀具和輔具、切削用量情況以及生產(chǎn)率要求等，按照工序集中的原則而設(shè)計(jì)出來(lái)的一種高效率的臺(tái)式車(chē)床車(chē)頭箱孔系加工分配箱機(jī)構(gòu)。設(shè)計(jì)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)時(shí)，盡可能地減少了主軸、傳動(dòng)軸和傳動(dòng)齒輪的數(shù)量；設(shè)計(jì)各分主軸轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)，只考慮能與工件被加工孔徑相匹配，而由車(chē)床車(chē)頭箱變速來(lái)使個(gè)分主軸得到比較合理的切削速度；設(shè)計(jì)分配箱軸承支墻跨度時(shí)，由于采用浮動(dòng)聯(lián)接鏜桿，加工精度由鏜模保證，跨度只需滿足變速齒輪安裝的必要空間。經(jīng)實(shí)例計(jì)算證明，該機(jī)構(gòu)具有“體積小、重量輕、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、使用方便、效率高、質(zhì)量好”的特點(diǎn)。

Calculate and prove by instance organization this have characteristic on" small, light, the structure is simple, easy to use, efficiency is high, high in quality".
