1、查閱有關(guān)參考文獻,按要求寫出開題報告;
2、對國內(nèi)外潤滑油小包裝生產(chǎn)線情況進行綜述;
3、確定整個小包裝生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計方案,并繪制布置方案圖;
4、對設(shè)計方案中所提出的輸送機、下滑梯及其他動力元件進行選擇、論證及設(shè)計計算,并繪制輸送機及傳送帶的裝配圖與零件圖若干張;
5、確定具體控制方案,對檢測裝置元件與控制裝置元件進行選擇、論證及設(shè)計;
6、繪制電路控制系統(tǒng)圖(外部接線圖和梯形圖);
7、編寫設(shè)計說明書(不少于3萬字,有英文摘要,計算機打印輸出);
8、翻譯專業(yè)文獻(不少于5000英文單詞)。

摘要
目前,我國包裝行業(yè)的企業(yè)所有制構(gòu)成有了很明顯的變化,民間投資不斷活躍并成了這個領(lǐng)域的一個亮點。在包裝行業(yè),小包裝生產(chǎn)由于其方便化、體積小、包裝容易等優(yōu)點已經(jīng)逐漸成為包裝行業(yè)的主流。因此,對小包裝生產(chǎn)線的研究,滿足了當前社會需要,并成為一個有意義的課題。
本自動生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計是由罐裝機,熱封機、噴碼機、包裝機、輸送機等組成。在本設(shè)計中我們重點解決了三種輸送系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計計算和選擇問題。并通過對輸送系統(tǒng)的認識,在不同的輸送段根據(jù)其自身特點進行選擇使用。在控制方案上,我們選擇了使用PLC控制,提出了滑梯口閘門的控制方案,雙線匯合處閘門的控制方案、電機的啟動和控制方案等。在本文的后面部分中,還提出了檢測設(shè)備的選擇及生產(chǎn)線設(shè)備的安裝、常見故障和維護等方法。

Abstract
At present, packing profession enterprise system of ownership constitution has obvious change in our country, the folk investment actively has become a spot in the zone. In packing profession, the merits of small packing production, such as convenience, small volume, easy packing and so on, gradually become the mainstream of the packing profession. Therefore, the research of the small packing production line satisfies the current social need, and becomes a significant topic.
This design is constitute of packed machine by the bottle, hot machine, spray code machine, packer and transport machine and etc. The point resolved this automatic production line in this text is the transport project choice, the transport equipments choice. the way choice with it related design calculation and etc. Be controling the project select to choose the PLC control, put forward the slide the control of the gateway, double the line remit to match a start of control, electrical engineering of gateway and control and some solve methods. Also put forward an examination the choice of the equipments and the gearing of the production line equipments, familiar methods such as breakdown and maintenance etcs in the textual behind the part.

自動生產(chǎn)線,是人們通過自動輸送及其他一些輔助裝置按工藝順序?qū)⒏鞣N機械加工裝置連成一體,并通過液壓系統(tǒng)、氣壓系統(tǒng)和電氣控制系統(tǒng)將各個部分動作聯(lián)系起來,使其按照規(guī)定的程序自動地進行工作的機械裝置系統(tǒng)。在現(xiàn)代社會中,隨著科學技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,國內(nèi)外的自動化生產(chǎn)技術(shù)在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中得到越來越廣泛的應用。在機械制造、電子等行業(yè)已經(jīng)設(shè)計和制造出大量類型各異的自動生產(chǎn)線。自動生產(chǎn)線的使用,對于提高勞動生產(chǎn)率和產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、改善工人勞動條件、降低能源消耗、節(jié)約材料等方面都取得了顯著的成效。自動生產(chǎn)線具有統(tǒng)一的自動控制系統(tǒng),有較高的行動化程度,還具有比流水線更為嚴格的生產(chǎn)節(jié)奏,工件必需以一定的生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍經(jīng)過各個工位完成預定的加工。

通過對此小包裝生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計,綜合運用了自己大學所學的知識,同時對現(xiàn)代自動化生產(chǎn)有較身深的了解。本設(shè)計在目的上重點要求學會對輸送系統(tǒng)的選擇和其應力計算。了解PLC在自動化生產(chǎn)線上的應用,如閘門的控制、雙線交匯處的控制等。懂得氣動和液壓元件等在自動生產(chǎn)線上的應用。
通過本設(shè)計,使學生熟悉設(shè)計過程,了解設(shè)計步驟,掌握設(shè)計內(nèi)容,達到培養(yǎng)學生工程繪圖和編寫設(shè)計說明書能力的目的,為使學生今后從事相關(guān)方面的實際工作打下良好基礎(chǔ)。
