RJX-75-9T和RX-95-9型箱式電爐是熱處理行業(yè)常用的加熱設(shè)備,但由于爐膛深、裝料困難,目前多采用簡易輔助設(shè)備裝料或直接把工件扔入爐膛,工人勞動條件差、工件極易碰撞爐襯,爐襯使用壽命大多不足一年;此外,因裝料時間長,電能損耗很大。為此,某企業(yè)擬開發(fā)適用的箱式電爐進(jìn)出料機(jī),因此選定箱式電爐進(jìn)出料機(jī)設(shè)計這一工廠實際課題為本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計課題。

(1)課題的科學(xué)意義
在我國,箱式電爐應(yīng)用十分廣泛。使用這種設(shè)備,大都是人工操作,勞動強(qiáng)度很大,操作工靠近爐膛和工件,受到嚴(yán)重的高溫?zé)彷椛鋫?,且危及安全生產(chǎn)。對這些量大面廣的箱式電爐必須要做些改造工作,要隨著工藝的進(jìn)步與技術(shù)改造更新而采用更加完善的設(shè)備替代,更要做一些力所能及的改造工作逐步改善其作業(yè)環(huán)境。為箱式電爐設(shè)計一個進(jìn)出料機(jī)就是一種改善其工作環(huán)境的有效方式。
(2) 國內(nèi)外研究概況、水平好發(fā)展趨勢
箱式電爐系周期作業(yè)式,供實驗室、工礦企業(yè)、科研單位作元素分析測定和一般小型鋼件淬火、退火熱處理等用。電阻爐外形多為長方形,爐殼系采用角鋼、冷軋板焊接制成,表面靜電噴涂。爐膛采用耐火材料燒結(jié)成形,加熱元件置于其中,爐膛與爐殼之間用保溫材料砌筑,爐門通過鉸架固定于爐口處,啟閉簡便。配套控制器與電爐分體連接,以適應(yīng)工作位置的安裝擺放??販貎x表分為指針式 A:數(shù)顯式 AS:智能式 ASP:智能多段。
(3)應(yīng)用前景
箱式電爐進(jìn)出料機(jī)在箱式電爐的作業(yè)中具有經(jīng)濟(jì)、節(jié)能及改善生產(chǎn)環(huán)境的作用。一個好的箱式電爐進(jìn)出料機(jī)可以讓生產(chǎn)變得更加高效安全。即提高了生產(chǎn)效率又提高了工人的安全。
研究內(nèi)容
① 設(shè)計原始參數(shù),并依據(jù)原始參數(shù)繪制零件工序圖以及零件加工示意圖;
② 完成滿足生產(chǎn)需要的工程設(shè)計圖一套(折合零號圖3張以上),包括:箱式電爐總成圖、機(jī)架圖、減速機(jī)圓錐齒輪圖等;
③ 編制設(shè)計說明書一份;
④ 完成英文翻譯資料一份。
擬采取的研究方法、技術(shù)路線、實驗方案及可行性分析
1、研究方法、技術(shù)路線、實驗方案
(1)箱式電爐進(jìn)出料機(jī)總體設(shè)計:具體工作是編制結(jié)構(gòu)總圖,以及機(jī)架圖、加工示意圖、零件圖,確定工作過程、主要性能指標(biāo)。
(2)傳動機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計:設(shè)計錐齒輪、錐齒輪軸、傳動軸、減速箱體。
(3)行走機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計:對機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行受力分析,計算輪軸和滾輪扭矩,計算減速機(jī)的輸出扭矩和輸出功率。
(4)推拉機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計:設(shè)計鏈輪和鏈條,設(shè)計中間長軸。
(5)校核:校核鋼管彎曲強(qiáng)度和螺旋。
2、可行性分析
查閱相關(guān)設(shè)計資料,了解設(shè)計過程。熟悉零件各種配合方式和參數(shù)的計算,熟練運(yùn)用AutoCAD軟件做出機(jī)械零件和裝配圖,以及編制說明書。最后整理資料,完成畢業(yè)設(shè)計論文。
