摘 要
本課題的題目是轉(zhuǎn)向系的設(shè)計(jì)。用來改變或保持汽車行駛或倒退方向的一系列裝置稱為汽車轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)。汽車轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的功能就是按照駕駛員的意愿控制汽車的行駛方向,因此對汽車的行駛安全至關(guān)重要。機(jī)械轉(zhuǎn)向系由轉(zhuǎn)向操縱機(jī)構(gòu)、轉(zhuǎn)向器和轉(zhuǎn)向傳動機(jī) 轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)構(gòu)三大部分組成。
此次是以齒輪齒條轉(zhuǎn)向器的設(shè)計(jì)為中心,一是汽車總體構(gòu)架參數(shù)對汽車轉(zhuǎn)向的影響;二是機(jī)械轉(zhuǎn)向器的選擇;三是數(shù)據(jù)的確定,包括計(jì)算轉(zhuǎn)向阻力矩和對轉(zhuǎn)向盤施加的手力、力傳動比和角傳動比的計(jì)算,以滿足轉(zhuǎn)向器的正確傳動比和強(qiáng)度要求;四是動力轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),包括動力缸尺寸計(jì)算、分配閥的設(shè)計(jì)以及參數(shù)計(jì)算。
因此本課題在考慮上述要求和因素的基礎(chǔ)上研究利用轉(zhuǎn)向盤的旋轉(zhuǎn)帶動傳動機(jī)構(gòu)的齒輪齒條轉(zhuǎn)向軸轉(zhuǎn)向,通過萬向節(jié)帶動轉(zhuǎn)向齒輪軸旋轉(zhuǎn),轉(zhuǎn)向齒輪軸與轉(zhuǎn)向齒條嚙合,從而促使轉(zhuǎn)向齒條直線運(yùn)動,實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)向。實(shí)現(xiàn)了轉(zhuǎn)向器結(jié)構(gòu)簡單緊湊,軸向尺寸短,且零件數(shù)目少的優(yōu)點(diǎn)又能增加助力,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了汽車轉(zhuǎn)向的穩(wěn)定性和靈敏性。在本文中主要進(jìn)行了轉(zhuǎn)向器齒輪齒條的設(shè)計(jì)和對轉(zhuǎn)向齒輪軸的校核,主要方法和理論采用汽車設(shè)計(jì)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)參數(shù)和大學(xué)所學(xué)機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)的課程內(nèi)容進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),其結(jié)果滿足強(qiáng)度要求,安全可靠。

ABSTRACT
This topic's topic is steering system design. Used to modify or keep driving or setback a series of device is called the direction for automotive steering system. The function of automotive steering system according to the driver's intention is the driving direction control vehicle, so safe driving the car is very important. Mechanical steering system, steering by steering control agencies and steering preach motivation steering system structure composed of three.
This is the design of rack-and pinion steering gear for center, one is the overall structure parameters on car steering influence; 2 it is mechanical redirector choice; Three is data set, including the calculation of steering resistance moment and pressure of steering plate and Angle individual, force transmission differential calculation, to meet the correct ratio and the intensity of the steering requirements; Four is power steering mechanism design, including power cylinder size calculation, distributing design and parameter calculation.
So this topic in considering the requirement and factors of using based on research of rotating disk drives to the drive mechanism for rack-and pinion steering shaft steering, through the gimbal drive shaft rotation, steering gear steering gear axle and steering rack, which prompted steering rack of meshing, realizing linear movement steering. Realize the redirector simple and compact structure, short axial dimensions, and the number of advantages and fewer parts can increase power, thus fulfilling the vehicle steering stability and sensitivity. In this paper focused on the design of steering gear rack of steering gear axle and checking, the main method and theory adopts car design experience in mechanical design parameters and the university the curriculum content of learned, its result meet design strength requirement, safe and reliable.
