黑龍江工程學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 掛車前橋和懸架是掛車一個(gè)重要的組成部分。在查閱相關(guān)資料后，根據(jù)掛車前轉(zhuǎn)向橋和懸架的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、工作原理定設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容包括：轉(zhuǎn)向從動橋前梁、轉(zhuǎn)向從動橋轉(zhuǎn)向節(jié)、轉(zhuǎn)向從動橋主銷和轉(zhuǎn)向節(jié)襯套的設(shè)計(jì)和校核，以及鋼板彈簧懸架的設(shè)計(jì)和校核。本設(shè)計(jì)采用工字型前梁并稍向下彎曲，已達(dá)到降低重心和提高剛度的作用。在前梁初步計(jì)算完成之后會用有限元ANSYS進(jìn)行靜力學(xué)分析，以保證設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量。掛車懸架把車架和車軸彈性的連接起來。它的主要功用是傳遞作用在車輪和車身之間的一切力和力矩，比如支撐力、制動力和驅(qū)動力等，并且緩和有不平路面?zhèn)鹘o車身的沖擊載荷，衰減由此引起的震動，保證乘員舒適性，減小貨物和車輛本身的動載荷。由于鋼板彈簧結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，制造成本低，維修方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，所以本設(shè)計(jì)主要采用有主副簧的鋼板彈簧作為彈性元件。 關(guān)鍵詞：掛車；前橋；懸架；主銷；鋼板彈簧 ABSTRACT Trailer front axle and suspension is an important part of trailers.
