黑龍江工程學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) I 摘 要 汽車自救裝置包括汽車自救絞盤機(jī)，主要用于越野汽車、農(nóng)用汽車、ATV運(yùn)動(dòng) 車、游艇、以及其它特殊車輛。是車輛、船只的自我保護(hù)及牽引裝置，可在雪地、 沼澤、沙漠、海灘、泥濘山路等惡劣環(huán)境中進(jìn)行車輛自救，并可能在其它條件下， 進(jìn)行清障、拖拉物品、安裝設(shè)施等作業(yè)，是軍警、石油、水文、環(huán)保、林業(yè)、交 通、公安、邊防、消防及其它野外運(yùn)動(dòng)不可缺少的安全裝置。 本次設(shè)計(jì)主要包括對(duì)汽車自救裝置驅(qū)動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)的選擇；聯(lián)軸器的選擇；行星 齒輪減速器的設(shè)計(jì)，計(jì)算和校核；卷筒的設(shè)計(jì)，計(jì)算和校核；離合器的選擇，鋼 絲繩的設(shè)計(jì)，計(jì)算和校核。通過比較不同方案和方法選取最佳方案進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，對(duì) 現(xiàn)有傳統(tǒng)的汽車自救裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和完善。 關(guān)鍵詞：電動(dòng)機(jī)；聯(lián)軸器；行星齒輪減速器；卷筒；離合器；鋼絲繩；校核 黑龍江工程學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) II ABSTRACT Auto save device including cars, mainly for the rescue winch machine off-road vehicles, agricultural cars, ATV sports cars, boats, and other special vehicles.
