摘要本設(shè)計題目為 22 型客車車門墊板級進(jìn)模設(shè)計，體現(xiàn)了級進(jìn)模的設(shè)計要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設(shè)計意義。通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了本人對級進(jìn)模設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，為設(shè)計更復(fù)雜的級進(jìn)模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。本設(shè)計運(yùn)用沖裁工藝及模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，首先分析了板材的成分及性能要求，為選取沖裁方式做好了準(zhǔn)備；然后選取了合理的排樣，提高了材料的合理利用率；接著分析計算凸凹模尺寸、及其它零部件的尺寸與制造方法，最后選取合適的的壓力機(jī)。對沖壓生產(chǎn)而言，單工位模具結(jié)構(gòu)單一，生產(chǎn)效率低，而且鈑金零件不能過于復(fù)雜，否則就需要多副單工位模具才能實現(xiàn)。如果采用級進(jìn)模進(jìn)行沖壓生產(chǎn)，就可以改變這些缺點(diǎn)。級進(jìn)模的特點(diǎn)是生產(chǎn)效率高，生產(chǎn)周期短，占用的操作人員少，非常適合大批量生產(chǎn)。本設(shè)計即為宇通客車車門墊板設(shè)計的級進(jìn)模。關(guān)鍵詞：多工位級進(jìn)模；排樣；設(shè)計；凸凹模； AbstractThe topic of design for the 22-passenger door Dianban progressive die design, reflects the progressive die design requirements, the contents and direction of a certain design significance.
