深圓筒形沖壓模設(shè)計(jì)摘 要系統(tǒng)介紹了工件的成形工藝及模具成型結(jié)構(gòu)對塑件質(zhì)量的影響分析，模具成型部分和總裝結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。介紹了圓筒拉深模具設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)要注意的要點(diǎn)，并較多的考慮了模具結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整性、易更換性及模具成本。從控制制件尺寸精度出發(fā)，對圓筒拉深模具的各主要尺寸進(jìn)行了理論計(jì)算，以確定各工作零件的尺寸，從模具設(shè)計(jì)到零部件的加工工藝以及裝配工藝等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡述，并應(yīng)用CAD進(jìn)行各重要零件的設(shè)計(jì)。關(guān)鍵詞：工藝分析；工件成型；模具結(jié)構(gòu)。The design of stretching die about cylinderAbstractThe molding process of work piece, the effect analysis to work piece quality caused by molding structure, partial and general design of mold moulding introduced respectively.
