摘 要
隨著我國農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,國內(nèi)市場對拖拉機的需求不斷增長,結(jié)合我國實情出發(fā),特別是對中小型馬力拖拉機的需求量更大。
本次設(shè)計是在吸收成熟產(chǎn)品優(yōu)點的基礎(chǔ)上優(yōu)化設(shè)計處出半軸與制動器,拖拉機的制動裝置分行車制動裝置和駐車制動裝置。行車制動裝置使行駛中的拖拉機強制減速或停車,并使拖拉機在下短坡時保持適當(dāng)?shù)姆€(wěn)定速度;駐車制動裝置使拖拉機能夠在斜坡上停車并長時間保持穩(wěn)定狀態(tài),它也有助于拖拉機在坡路上起步。制動器有盤式和鼓式之分。制動器的布置方式分半軸制動和輪邊制動。制動器的驅(qū)動方式有液壓驅(qū)動和機械驅(qū)動。此設(shè)計結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的中小型拖機,采用行車制動和駐車制動為一體,操縱機構(gòu)為機械制動,制動器布置在輪邊的鼓式制動器。半軸采用半浮式。

This design is optimizes in the absorption mature product meritfoundation designs axles has the driving arresting gear and in thevehicle arresting gear with the brake tractor arresting gear .The driving arresting gear causes in the travel the tractor to decelerateor to stop; Applies the brake in the vehicle to enable the tractor tostop and the long time in the pitch maintains the steady state.The brake has the drum type and the disc type division .The brake arrangement way has axles applies the brake with nearby turn to applythe brake, the brake drive type has the hydraulic pressure actuationand the machinery actuates. This design union existing middle andsmall scale tractorbrake installs the structure and the type, and theconsult correlation data carries on the optimized design, uses thedriving to apply the brake with to apply the brake in the vehicle is abody , The control mechanism machinery applies the brake the way. Thebrake arrangement the drum type brake which applies the brake nearbythe wheel. axles uses the semisubmersible type.
