摘 要 G400/900-WD 型采煤機是一種多電機驅動,橫向布置的交流電牽引采煤 機。該機功率大,多電機橫向布置,整機結構緊湊,采用交流變頻調速系 統(tǒng),變頻調速采用機載式。截割電機、牽引電機等主要元部件均可從采空 區(qū)抽出,容易更換,方便維修。 牽引電機輸出的轉矩經(jīng)三級圓柱齒輪和二級行星齒輪減速器減速后, 由行星架輸出,通過驅動輪與行走輪相嚙合,再由行走輪與工作面刮板輸 送機上的齒軌嚙合使采煤機來回行走,同時制動軸輸出軸通過鍵與制動器 相連,實現(xiàn)電牽引部的制動。 左右牽引部,中間電控箱的聯(lián)結螺柱,定位銷,搖臂與左右電牽引部 鉸接銷軸四組,這些裝置將采煤機各大部件聯(lián)接成一個整體,起到緊固及 連接的作用。牽引部與行走部做成一體,使機身整體尺寸緊湊,縮小了機 身寬度。 G400/900-WD 型采煤機,操作方便,可靠性高,事故率低,開機效率高, 可滿足高產(chǎn)高效工作面的需要。 關鍵詞:采煤機;牽引部;行走部;行星齒輪 ABSTRACT The G400/900-WD coal mining machine is more than one kind of motor- driven, crosswise arrangement alternating current hauling coal mining machine.
