Get the Ss to read the article and try to get the main idea of the whole passage and find what sustainable development is. Main idea: It is a feature story on the importance of sustainable development and some particular forms of renewable energy. Sustainable development is developing according to a long-term plan that focuses on the environment and preserving natural resources. It is a form of development which tries to protect Earth as well as improve standards of living. 2.
