2019-2020年高一英語 module2 No Drugs 教學(xué)設(shè)計 外研版必修2 I. Teaching contents: Reading and Vocabulary (P12~13) II. Teaching aims: 1. Knowledge goals: ⑴ Learn the words, expressions in the passage addictive; danger; reduce; nearby; used to; share … with; be/bee addicted to; break in/into ⑵ Learn and master the important sentence pattern Now I work in a center for drug addicts; helping others to stop taking drugs. 2. Ability goals: Enable the students to express the danger of taking drugs and how to give up taking drugs and smoking. 3. Moral goals: Cultivate the students to have the consciousness of not taking drugs and keeping fit III. Key points: 1. Enable the students understand the passage correctly. 2. Help the students to master the use of some words and expressions. IV. Difficult points: Enable the students to use the language they learn in this period to express the danger of taking drugs. V. Teaching methods: Reading→question and answer→practice→discussion→summary VI. Teaching procedure: Step 1. Lead-in Present some pictures about the bad results of taking drugs to the students and let them know how danger it is to take drugs so that they can know about the contents of the passage. 設(shè)計意圖：通過向?qū)W生展示一些圖片，讓他們耳熟目睹吸毒的危害，從而讓學(xué)生快速進(jìn)入本課話題，為進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)課文打下基礎(chǔ)。 Step 2. Fast reading 1. Give the students three minutes to read articles 1~2 at Page 12 and then ask them two questions. ⑴ Was the author addicted to taking drugs? ⑵ What was the result? 2. Give the students four minutes to read the passage at Page 13 and then ask then to do the exercise 5. 設(shè)計意圖：讓學(xué)生帶著問題去快速閱讀，從而提高學(xué)生閱讀的針對性，以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的快速閱讀能力，從整體上把握文章內(nèi)容。 Step 3. Detail reading 1. Ask students to read the passage again. This time ask them to read it more slowly and carefully and try to find the topic sentences of each paragraph. 設(shè)計意圖：通過認(rèn)真閱讀，使學(xué)生獲取文章細(xì)節(jié)內(nèi)容，培養(yǎng)他們閱讀理解能力。 2. Ask the students to translate some sentences into Chinese. ⑴ I continued to buy cannabis from the same man for about six months. ⑵ Users who inject the drug are also in more danger if they share needles with other users. 設(shè)計意圖：在了解整篇課文的情況下，準(zhǔn)確理解句子的含義，有利于提高學(xué)生的理解和表達(dá)能力。 Step 4. Listening Ask students to listen to the tape of the passage. 設(shè)計意圖：培養(yǎng)學(xué)生聽的能力，也有助于他們把握正確的發(fā)音。 Step 5. Language study: 1. reduce 2. used to 3. share … with 4. be/bee addicted to 5. break in/into 6. Now I work in a center for drug addicts; helping others to stop taking drugs. 設(shè)計意圖：在學(xué)生全面理解課文的情況下，掌握并能正確使用文中的重點(diǎn)詞、短語和句型。 Step 6. Practice Ask students to do some exercises related to the language points learned above. 設(shè)計意圖：能夠使學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)鞏固所學(xué)知識，使他們熟練掌握其用法。 Step 7. Discussion Taking drugs is dangerous to society, to family and to yourself. What shall do? 設(shè)計意圖：通過討論，使學(xué)生更進(jìn)一步了解吸毒的危害性，從而有意識的遠(yuǎn)離毒品，保持健康。 Step 8. Summary Ask students to sum up the points in this period of class 設(shè)計意圖：通過總結(jié)，使學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)鞏固本節(jié)課重點(diǎn)知識。 Step 9. Homework 1. Learn all the news by heart. 設(shè)計意圖：讓學(xué)生掌握最基本的知識—詞匯。 2. Write some sentences using the points in the passage. 設(shè)計意圖：讓學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)鞏固本節(jié)課所學(xué)重點(diǎn)知識。
