藝自動化都有了長足的發(fā)展。但工具（含夾具、刀具、量具與輔具等）在不段 的革新中，其功能仍然十分顯著。機(jī)床夾具對零件加工的質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)率和產(chǎn)品 成本都有著直接的影響。因此，無論在傳統(tǒng)制造還是現(xiàn)代制造系統(tǒng)中，夾具都 是重要的工藝裝備。 夾具是一種能夠使工件按一定的技術(shù)要求準(zhǔn)確定位和牢固加緊的工藝裝備， 它廣泛地應(yīng)用于機(jī)械加工、檢測和裝配等整個工藝過程中。 在現(xiàn)代化的機(jī)械和儀器制造業(yè)中，提高加工精度和生產(chǎn)率，降低制造成本， 一直是生產(chǎn)廠家所追求的目標(biāo)。正確的設(shè)計(jì)并、合理地使用夾具，是保證加工 質(zhì)量和提高生產(chǎn)效率從而降低成本的重要技術(shù)環(huán)節(jié)之一，同時也是擴(kuò)大各種機(jī) 床使用范圍比不可少的手段。 本文研究的是將 C620-1 改造成可以車磨兩用加工等分球窩的專用機(jī)床；專 用機(jī)床要加工等分球窩的不同尺寸，要加工不同大小的零件時只需調(diào)節(jié)等分盤 上的螺釘和換上相配合的胎座。本文介紹了機(jī)床夾具的組成、特點(diǎn)及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀， 同時分析了機(jī)床夾具的不同作用。最主要的就是將 C620-1 改造成可以車磨兩用 加工等分球窩的專用機(jī)床的整個過程，車等分球窩夾具組成的零部件的設(shè)計(jì)及 組合夾具裝配精度和注意事項(xiàng)。研究內(nèi)球面的加工工藝及專用夾具的應(yīng)用。 本文提出的加工等分球窩的專用夾具克服了以前車磨不能使用同一個機(jī)床 的弊端。而本文設(shè)計(jì)安裝在車床主軸上的專用夾具，實(shí)現(xiàn)多等分、多中心徑球 面的系列加工。 并且提出球兜孔保持架模具生產(chǎn)綱領(lǐng)為多品種小批量，其上有 在等分球窩，要求在車床上加工。 研究結(jié)果表明：將 C620-1
