1摘 要緊固件組合機(jī)床及其自動(dòng)線在當(dāng)今機(jī)械制造業(yè)中扮演著越來(lái)越重要的角色,其技術(shù)性能和綜合自動(dòng)化水平在很大程度上決定著相關(guān)部門(mén)的發(fā)展。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的以繼電器控制為基礎(chǔ)的緊固件組合機(jī)床愈加與先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力不相適應(yīng),在這種情況下,可編程序控制技術(shù)以其靈活性好,可靠性高,通用性強(qiáng),逐漸取代了繼電器控制方式,成為當(dāng)代工業(yè)控制的主要發(fā)展方向。本論文詳細(xì)敘述了緊固件組合機(jī)床的 PLC 控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),分析了系統(tǒng)的主電路及控制電路圖,并根據(jù)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行要求,確定了機(jī)床及控制系統(tǒng)的元件型號(hào),作出了 PLC 的外部接線圖。文本利用西門(mén)子 S7-200PLC 分別從全線自動(dòng),單機(jī)半自動(dòng),單機(jī)手動(dòng)三種工作方式對(duì)裝卸、打中心孔、鉆孔、倒角、擴(kuò)孔以及攻絲加工六工位緊固件組合機(jī)床的程序的設(shè)計(jì)。關(guān)鍵詞: 緊固件組合機(jī)床 PLC 程序設(shè)計(jì)2ABSTRACTCombination machine tools and automatic line plays a more and more important role in today's machinery manufacturing industry, the technical performance and the comprehensive automation level decides the development of relevant departments in the very great degree.
