摘要
這次設(shè)計(jì)的是曲柄錐銷孔的加工，包括零件圖、毛坯圖、裝配圖各一張，機(jī)械加工工藝過程卡片一張與工序卡片一張。首先我們要熟悉零件和了解其作用，然后，根據(jù)零件的性質(zhì)和零件圖上各端面的粗糙度確定毛坯的尺寸和機(jī)械加工余量。最后擬定曲柄的工藝路線圖，制定該工件的夾緊方案，畫出夾具裝配圖。
機(jī)械制造課程設(shè)計(jì),是在學(xué)完機(jī)械制造工藝學(xué)及夾具設(shè)計(jì)原理課程，經(jīng)過生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)取得感性知識(shí)后進(jìn)行的一項(xiàng)教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)；在老師的指導(dǎo)下，要求在設(shè)計(jì)中能初步學(xué)會(huì)綜合運(yùn)用以前所學(xué)過的全部課程，并且獨(dú)立完成的一項(xiàng)工程基本訓(xùn)練。同時(shí)，也為以后搞好畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)打下良好基礎(chǔ)。
