本文主要介紹了一種包裝機(jī)械——茶葉自動(dòng)包裝機(jī)的工作原理及其設(shè)計(jì)過程，對(duì)其傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算和主要傳動(dòng)部件的選擇與強(qiáng)度校核，通過對(duì)茶葉自動(dòng)包裝機(jī)的工作狀態(tài)考慮，選擇合適的氣缸和馬達(dá)。其包裝材料為包裝塑料薄膜，只有在一定溫度下才能正常粘合，這是通過加熱熱封輥和熱封塊來實(shí)現(xiàn)的。
本機(jī)進(jìn)行茶葉自動(dòng)包裝的過程主要有袋子成型、切斷，茶葉稱量，袋子熱封等動(dòng)作，可劃分為兩大系統(tǒng)：制袋系統(tǒng)、裝袋系統(tǒng)。制袋系統(tǒng)的工作主要通過電機(jī)帶動(dòng)傳動(dòng)部件實(shí)現(xiàn)，裝袋系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)作主要通過對(duì)氣缸的控制實(shí)現(xiàn)，裝袋過程中設(shè)有稱量斗，負(fù)責(zé)每袋的定量稱量裝袋。
本機(jī)的特點(diǎn)是能自動(dòng)獨(dú)立完成制袋，可提前制袋儲(chǔ)備起來，供裝袋使用，也可獨(dú)立制袋，銷售包裝。

Title Tea automatic packing machine
Abstract
This paper mainly introduces a kind of automatic packaging machinery, tea packaging machine working principle and the design process, the parameters of transmission system is calculated and the choice of the main transmission parts and strength check, through the automatic packaging machine of tea consider working status, choose appropriate cylinders and motors. Its packaging materials for packaging plastic film, and only under a certain temperature to normal adhesion, this is done by heating heat sealing roller and heat sealing piece.
The process of the machine for the tea packing mainly has the bag forming, cutting, weighing, tea bag heat sealing action, can be divided into two systems: bag, bag system. Bag making systems work mainly by motor drives the driving part, bagging system movement mainly through the control of the cylinder, bagging process with weighing hopper, responsible for quantitative weighing of each bag bag.
The machine can automatically is the feature of bag making, independently can bag reserves up ahead, for the use of bag, can also be independent of bag making, sales package.
