Work out the rule When we pare two things, we use paratives, and we put ‘than’ __________ the paratives. When we pare more than three things, we can use superlatives, and we can put ‘the’ _______ the superlatives. A is taller than B. B is taller than C. So we say A is the tallest of the three.
