摘 要
隨著國內(nèi)外汽車業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,汽車維修行業(yè)也隨之得到大力發(fā)展,汽車舉升機(jī)是現(xiàn)代汽車維修作業(yè)中必不可少的設(shè)備,其中舉升機(jī)的安全可靠性,使用方便是大家一直以來研究的重點(diǎn)。本設(shè)計(jì)主要圍繞剪是舉升機(jī)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)研究的。主要因?yàn)榧舻妒脚e升機(jī)使用方便,占地空間較小,受到很多實(shí)力雄厚的特約維修站的歡迎,這也是未來舉升機(jī)的發(fā)展方向。本文首先對(duì)剪刀式舉升機(jī)的整體結(jié)構(gòu),各部件尺寸,運(yùn)動(dòng)形式進(jìn)行確定,建立力學(xué)模型,并對(duì)每個(gè)舉升臂進(jìn)行受力分析,確定結(jié)構(gòu)和選材的合理性。之后建立Pro/E與ANSYS的集成接口,將利用Pro/E三維建模后的主要部件導(dǎo)入有限元軟件ANSYS中進(jìn)行汽車剪刀式舉升機(jī)的強(qiáng)度、剛度、穩(wěn)定性及動(dòng)態(tài)特性等方面的計(jì)算機(jī)有限元分析與研究,找出結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度的不合理處,進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)和改進(jìn)。將改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化后的結(jié)構(gòu)反應(yīng)到Pro/E三維建模中,完成整機(jī)裝配。通過有限元軟件ANSYS對(duì)剪刀式舉升機(jī)進(jìn)行分析,可以代替剪刀式舉升機(jī)物理樣機(jī)的前期試驗(yàn),提供更多的理論參考,進(jìn)一步提高汽車剪刀式舉升機(jī)的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性。

In this paper, scissors-type lift to the overall structure,thecomponents of size, to determine the form of movement, the establishment of the mechanical model, and stress analysis of each lifting arm to determine the structure and material selection reasonable. After the establishment of Pro / E integrated with the ANSYS interface, will use the Pro / E after the three-dimensional modeling of the main components into finite element software ANSYS in scissors-type vehicle lift of strength, stiffness, stability and dynamic characteristics, etc. finite element analysis and computer studies to find out the structural strength of the unreasonable, the structural optimization of the design and improvement. Will be improved and optimized the structure of the response to the Pro / E three-dimensional modeling, the complete machine assembly. Through the finite element software ANSYS to analyze the scissors-type lift, can replace the scissors-type lift the pre-physical prototype testing, to provide more theoretical reference, scissors-style cfurther enhance the stability and reliability of lift.
