摘 要
這次設計的是曲柄錐銷孔的加工，包括零件圖、毛坯圖、裝配圖各一張，機械加工工藝過程卡片一張與工序卡片一張。首先我們要熟悉零件和了解其作用，然后，根據零件的性質和零件圖上各端面的粗糙度確定毛坯的尺寸和機械加工余量。最后擬定曲柄的工藝路線圖，制定該工件的夾緊方案，畫出夾具裝配圖。
機械制造課程設計,是在學完機械制造工藝學及夾具設計原理課程，經過生產實習取得感性知識后進行的一項教學環(huán)節(jié)；在老師的指導下，要求在設計中能初步學會綜合運用以前所學過的全部課程，并且獨立完成的一項工程基本訓練。同時，也為以后搞好畢業(yè)設計打下良好基礎。
