PLC郵件分揀模擬控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)（常州）,plc,郵件,分揀,模擬,摹擬,控制系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì),常州 摘 要 PLC控制是目前工業(yè)上最常用的自動(dòng)化控制方法，由于其控制方便，能夠承受惡劣的環(huán)境，因此，在工業(yè)上優(yōu)于單片機(jī)的控制。PLC將傳統(tǒng)的繼電器控制技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和通信技術(shù)融為一體,專(zhuān)門(mén)為工業(yè)控制而設(shè)計(jì),具有功能強(qiáng)、通用靈活、可靠性高、環(huán)境適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)、編程簡(jiǎn)單、使用方便以及體積小、重量輕、功耗低等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn),因此在工業(yè)上的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛。 本文主要講述PLC在材料分揀系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用，利用可編程控制器( PLC) ,設(shè)計(jì)成本低、效率高的自動(dòng)分揀裝置。以PLC為主控制器,結(jié)合氣動(dòng)裝置、傳感技術(shù)、位置控制等技術(shù),現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制產(chǎn)品的自動(dòng)分揀。系統(tǒng)具有自動(dòng)化程度高、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、精度高、易控制的特點(diǎn),可根據(jù)不同對(duì)象,稍加修改本系統(tǒng)即可實(shí)現(xiàn)要求。 關(guān)鍵字：可編程控制器，分揀裝置，控制系統(tǒng)，傳感器 ABSTRACT The PLC control is currently the most widely used industrial automation control method, because of its convenient control, able to withstand the harsh environment, therefore, in the industry is better than that of single chip control.
