摘 要
本文闡述了目前國內(nèi)油菜收割的現(xiàn)狀，指出了國內(nèi)油菜聯(lián)合收割機(jī)研究的成績和存在的問題，并對油菜收割技術(shù)的前景做了展望。通過動力學(xué)原理來設(shè)計作為清選裝置的振動篩，采用雙風(fēng)扇配合振動篩將油菜從雜物中分離，并對清糧的原理進(jìn)行了論證。根據(jù)經(jīng)驗選擇了加密圓孔篩作為篩面。參考實驗?zāi)Ｐ筒ζ鋫鲃臃桨高M(jìn)行了改良，使傳動更加有效、合理。著重對油菜聯(lián)合收割機(jī)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計計算。對軸的設(shè)計是根據(jù)彎扭組合強(qiáng)度來進(jìn) 行設(shè)計校核的，在保證強(qiáng)度的條件下盡量節(jié)省材料。軸承和帶輪的設(shè)計和校核嚴(yán)格根據(jù)機(jī)械設(shè)計手冊進(jìn)行，強(qiáng)度和壽命都達(dá)到滿足實際生產(chǎn)生活的要求。其他零件非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)見參考實驗機(jī)型的設(shè)計，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件則根據(jù)設(shè)計手冊進(jìn)行設(shè)計，滿足了油菜聯(lián)合收割機(jī)對振動篩部分的設(shè)計。
