摘要
本文就陶瓷廢水的產(chǎn)生來源及廢水處理原理進(jìn)行了分析 ,對佛山市該行業(yè)廢水處理常用的固液分離方式進(jìn)行了處理效果及技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)比較 ,指出將常用于給水處理工藝的水力循環(huán)澄清池應(yīng)用在陶瓷廢水處理工藝中,與其它分離方法相比,不僅占地面積小,效率高,而且易于操作和控制,可實現(xiàn)廢水的全部回用,并建議對這種高懸浮物、高濁度水的混凝反應(yīng)過程進(jìn)行自動控制以提高水處理的穩(wěn)定性。
最主要的污染因子便是懸浮物(SS) ,因此只要對SS 進(jìn)行有效削減,其余各污染因子濃度便能隨之被控制在排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之內(nèi),實際上是對含高懸浮物高濁度水的處理。本設(shè)計的目的就是通過對聚合氯化鋁(PAC)的合成,及對其進(jìn)行改性,使其對陶瓷廢水具有良好絮凝作用。
本設(shè)計采用以混凝沉淀為主的綜合處理工藝處理陶瓷生產(chǎn)廢水和生活污水具有工藝簡單、技術(shù)成熟、易控制、啟動運行方便、處理效果好等優(yōu)點。針對廢水的水質(zhì)及污染物的特征,在工藝設(shè)計及運行控制方面采取的技術(shù)改進(jìn)措施使整體工藝的高教運行成為可能。

Abstract
The resource of wastewater from ceramics and the treating principle of the wastewater are analyzed; and a comparison of the treated result and technical economy by the common solid-liquid separation method for treating wastewater in Fushan City is conducted. It is indicated that when combining hydropower circulation clarifier with the treating process of wastewater from ceramics, which features not only small area , high efficiency , but also easy operation and control with 100 % recovery of wastewater as compared to other separation methods.It is suggested that a self-control should be usedfor the coagulating reactionof wastewater of high suspension and turbidity in order to raise the stability of wastewater treatment.
The major pollution factor of the waste water id Suspended Substance(SS), so we can make sure that the other pollution fators can be controled in the discharge standard if the SS is reduced effctivlely. Actually, to reduce the high consistency of SS is the majior treatment. This design is using the PAC to precipitate the SS of ceramics waste water.
This design use coagulating sedimentation as the treatment process to treat the ceramics waste water and domestic sewage. This measure has the advantage od technic simple, controle, start and running easily, water treated effectively. The process key points, the layout of the flow charts as well as the merits and demerits of the controlling project are discussed.
