摘 要
本文主要介紹了Mp3充電器后蓋的“一模二腔”點(diǎn)澆口注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)的過程。包括塑件塑料的工藝分析、零件結(jié)構(gòu)分析、模具結(jié)構(gòu)分析及模具設(shè)計(jì)等內(nèi)容。首先按照無紙化模具設(shè)計(jì)的一般流程，對所設(shè)計(jì)的模具進(jìn)行工藝方案的分析與各數(shù)據(jù)的計(jì)算，并運(yùn)用Pro/ENGINEER進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。計(jì)算MP3充電器外殼的體積、質(zhì)量，根據(jù)體積或質(zhì)量確定模具型腔數(shù)。通過應(yīng)用Pro/ENGINEER軟件，進(jìn)行零件繪制、組裝零件。并利用AutoCAD進(jìn)行成品圖、結(jié)構(gòu)圖以及組立圖的繪制，確定各種設(shè)計(jì)尺寸、公差，增強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)能力，掌握各零部件的參數(shù)和設(shè)計(jì)技巧。

Abstract
