摘 要
刮板輸送機(jī)是一種撓性牽引的連續(xù)輸送機(jī)械，是為了采煤工作面和采區(qū)巷道運(yùn)煤布置的機(jī)械。它的牽引構(gòu)件是刮板鏈，承載裝置是中部槽，刮板鏈安置在中部槽的槽面。中部槽沿運(yùn)輸線路全線鋪設(shè)，刮板鏈繞經(jīng)機(jī)頭，機(jī)尾的鏈輪接成封閉形置于中部槽中，與滾筒采煤機(jī)和輸送機(jī)推移裝置配套，實(shí)現(xiàn)落煤、裝煤、運(yùn)煤以及推移輸送機(jī)械化。沿輸送機(jī)全長都可向溜槽中裝煤，裝入中部槽中的煤被刮板鏈拖拉，在中部槽內(nèi)滑行到卸載端卸下。
用刮板輸送機(jī)運(yùn)送散碎物料的方式20世紀(jì)初出現(xiàn)于工業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)的英國。早期的刮板輸送機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單輕便，僅用作運(yùn)煤，需人工裝煤，運(yùn)輸能力低，每小時最多只能運(yùn)幾十噸；輸送機(jī)長度只有幾十米；功率小，牽引鏈的強(qiáng)度也不高。經(jīng)過多年的改進(jìn)和發(fā)展，目前綜采礦用的刮板輸送機(jī)除了運(yùn)煤之外，還有四種功能：給采煤機(jī)作運(yùn)行軌道；為拉移液壓支架作伸縮油缸的固定點(diǎn)；清理工作面的浮煤；懸掛電纜、水管、乳化液管等。
本說明書主要介紹了輸送機(jī)傳動部的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。SGZ730/400型輸送機(jī)傳動部主要是由一個電動機(jī)、減速箱和液力偶合器組成，該輸送機(jī)內(nèi)橫向布置，電動機(jī)輸出的動力經(jīng)由三級傳動的圓錐圓柱齒輪減速速器傳動。在設(shè)計(jì)過程中，對傳動部的軸、傳動齒輪、軸承和聯(lián)接用的花鍵等部件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、強(qiáng)度校核和選用。本說明書主要針對主要部件的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和強(qiáng)度校核進(jìn)行了敘述和介紹。
