電爐引線盒沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要
冷沖模是廣泛運(yùn)用的模具之一，種類包括沖孔模、落料模、彎曲模、拉深模等，近年來(lái)冷沖模的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛。冷沖壓具有成本低，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，能加工多種性能，狀態(tài)的零件。同時(shí)它的應(yīng)用和普遍也受到模具壽命和生產(chǎn)安全等方面的制約。
本設(shè)計(jì)是電爐引線盒沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)，利用Auto CAD軟件對(duì)制件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)繪圖。分析工件結(jié)構(gòu)，其主要包括落料、盒形件拉深、沖孔、修邊。明確了設(shè)計(jì)思路，確定了沖壓成型工藝過(guò)程并對(duì)各個(gè)具體部分進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的計(jì)算和校核。如此設(shè)計(jì)出的結(jié)構(gòu)可確保模具工作運(yùn)用可靠，保證了與其他部件的配合，并繪制了模具的裝配圖和零件圖。
畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)的一次運(yùn)用實(shí)踐，通過(guò)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)我們可以查漏補(bǔ)缺，為以后的學(xué)習(xí)和工作打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。通過(guò)對(duì)電爐引線盒的沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)，鞏固和深化了所學(xué)知識(shí)，取得了比較滿意的效果，達(dá)到了預(yù)期的設(shè)計(jì)意圖。

Abstract
Cold punching mould that is used extensively among the all kinds die ,including punching hole mould, blanking die, bending mould, crooked model, conical die etc., The application of the cold punching die is more and more extensive in recent years. It is with low costs that there is the cold punchingly, product quality is steady, can process many kinds of performance , Part of the state. Its application and generallying receive the restriction in life-span of the mould and production safety,etc. at the same time .
This design is blanking die design of leading wire box of electrical stove, the use of Auto CAD software to design parts drawing.including blank、deep drawing of box parts、punch、modification ,through the structure analysis of work piece.Clear design ideas, determine the process of stamping and forming part of the various specific details of the calculation and verification. The structure of such a design die is used to ensure reliable, to ensure coordination with other components. And the mapping of the mold assembly and part drawings.
To every student ,the graduation design is a opportunity to apply the knowledge we learned ,at the same time ,we can make best of this chance to find out our shortcomings in order to get the stead foundation of studying and work in the near future 。To the leading wire box of electrical stove stamping die design, consolidate and deepen the knowledge, and achieved satisfactory results, to achieve the desired design intent.
