摘 要
本文結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的模具發(fā)展技術(shù)以及冷沖壓技術(shù),針對(duì)要設(shè)計(jì)的連接板零件級(jí)進(jìn)模設(shè)計(jì),確定沖壓方案后進(jìn)行帶料排樣方案的選擇與設(shè)計(jì),沖裁及彎曲工藝計(jì)算,在此基礎(chǔ)上制定了零件的加工工藝,正確卸料方式及級(jí)進(jìn)模的總裝結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),各部分零件設(shè)計(jì)以及壓力機(jī)的選擇,主沖裁方案的制定:本次設(shè)計(jì)采用沖孔—落料級(jí)進(jìn)模模具生產(chǎn),因?yàn)榧?jí)進(jìn)模生產(chǎn)只需一副模具,尺寸精度較高且生產(chǎn)效率高,安全檢測(cè)自動(dòng)化,操作安全,故采用沖孔落料基金模具設(shè)計(jì)的形式。

Abstract
This combination of existing mold development technology and stamping technology,.aiming to design the supporting board parts progressive die design. Because of progressive die production only a pair of molds. precision is high and high production efficiency, safety testing automation, safe operation. So the use of piercing blanking die design in the form of fund.
