摘 要
實驗發(fā)現(xiàn)，在草坪跟根莖采集收獲時，伴隨著根莖尚有大量的泥土砂石被甩刀甩了上來。為了保證根莖采集收獲的質量，必須在草坪根莖采集收獲機上添加一個清選裝置，即草坪根莖采集收獲機的氣吸輸送裝置。
草坪根莖采集收獲機的氣吸輸送裝置主要包括兩個部分，一部分是貫流風機，它利用葉輪的旋轉，在進風口處形成一個負壓。從而使質量較輕的根莖被吸上來。而把質量較重的泥土，砂石留在了篩板上。第二個部分是振動篩。它主要是利用其自身的振動，把存在其上的顆粒較小的泥土、砂石從篩孔中漏到地面上。
本文主要對貫流風機的幾何參數(shù)和運動參數(shù)進行了分析、研究和設計，確定了其傳動方案，并對貫流風機的軸進行了設計計算及校核。選擇并校核了軸承和鍵。同時對振動篩進行了研究設計，確定了其幾何參數(shù)及篩孔的分布情況。最后對貫流風機及振動篩進行了裝配和布置。

Abstract
